Worth a quick read.

just cant resist...

will have to till they activate my account..... then its time to stir the pot.....

Pretty much confirms what everybody thinks of the majority of BMW drivers.;)

I dont know!!! If they wanna spend 40k plus on a Reps saloon car with 400bhp with leather and climate:-) They can be my guess!

Lets just hope they've got change for the Penis enlargment!!

I know I'm just jealous Bloody nice looking cars as well!!

I perfer the M3 though!!

what a bunch of total muppets!!!

what a bunch of total muppets!!!

Now, now.

We shouldn't honor them with the name of those proud felt-covered people.

Typical bunch of drug-dealing M5 drivers, not worth the time of day ;)

Actually, it sounds rather like the "My Skoda Scalped A..." thread, only with the names reversed... :D

Rob.

Sorry :(

i would use Wnakers or ***** (pardon the crude language), but they are useful in their own particular way.

Well most of them are Yanks as well so have no idea on anything European .... although the bloke telling them everything about Skodas is from London and probably fulfils all the British stereotypes on bimmer drivers!

Also, you would have to be a bit of a muppet to try and outdrag an M5 in a stock Octy 1.9TDi - it was probably just a taxi in a rush

I try not to rise to it but ill informed opinions on Skodas aside, saying 'my car's better than yours' when comparing a 15k Skoda with a 71k (US $) BMW is... Well I don't know what it is because it's just ridiculous. It's like saying my computer is better than your shirt. It makes no sense.

I've just read the 'So you want to join do you, you peasant' bit. They decide whether they want you or not. Insecure? Surely not, it's the fastest saloon on the planet.

I'm rising to it aren't I? :(

up there own ass, pretentious toss pots in my opinion!!!!!!! I hate badge snobbery if a cars good and has great reviews give it it's respect don't dwell on an ancient image. God Nissan used to make rust buckets and look at them now!!!!! Hyundai they have come on leaps and bounds (just need to give their cars more poke) I am biased as I do not like beemers I think they are overpriced penis extensions, and the vast majority are 318's driven by little herberts who think they are all that 'cos they drive a beemer "LOSERS!!!!!" I have the pleasure of working with one he drives a 318ti compact (chuckle chuckle) and thinks it is the best thing since sliced bread oh dear oh dear. Wiped the smug look off his chops with my RS Skoda are pooh hey I think not (Rant over) :D

i think you'll find monsieur ffelan is now a regestered member of the m5 forum.

That they have a forum called "Race stories" speaks volumes.

:(

I work with a bunch of them, they take the p!ss, but they love the poke of even my Fabia vRS, but as it's a skoda it will always be sh!t and they would pay thousands extra for a badge and blue dials.

Just checked his first post. Go for it Paul! We're relying on you.

one them has linked to this thread as well. So i'll say:

GET A LIFE!!! :loser:

edited to change wording

318ti compact

Now, I've never driven or even closely examined one of these cars but the impression I get is that they are for people who wish to buy into the whole 'BMW thing' but lack the cash and are willing to purchase a motor that is inferior to alot of similarly priced vehicles just to get that 'BMW thing'. For instance, the last Compact (not the one with the bag of spanners rear end) was based on the previous 3 series hence it was out dated at launch. I stand to be corrected.

I would also like to say that I believe BMWs to be good motors. A lot are sold on the badge (eg 316/8, what is the point?), but their high powered saloons are world class. From what I can gather, with the exception of this rabble on the M5 forum, we have more of a problem with the drivers and it's been mentioned before but most of them drive a de-badged 318.

Lots of love and getting into my stride,

Not good Jeff. Let's try and keep it civil. After all, they own cars, we own cars. We have so much in common. :D

We don't want them to say we have chips on our shoulders do we?
