For 14 weeks of this I'd be a bit more unhappy than £100, but if it was cash I'd take it.

£100 worth.......... lost more than that in company car tax, lost earnings, overtime etc. standing about on the roadside & in skoda dealerships.....

Yep, I agree. £100 cash is a decent offer. I'd be asking for a free service if it was my car, so £100 cash is a good offer.
