Seat covers for Fabia vRS

Featured Replies

I've been looking for some nylon slip-on seat covers for everday use to keep my seats looking there best, but can't find any at Halfords or places like that.

I've drawn and photo'd my front seats and sent the info to a company that makes custom fitted nylon covers and I should have something to try in about 3 weeks.

The cost should be about

That's a neat idea Paul, and I may be interested.

If they're doing everything by hand, is there a chance to have the skoda and / or vRS emblem put in or would that infringe copyright issues ?

Although it could be a problem, I don't see why Skoda would complain - they don't make covers after all do they ?!? ;)

You could do one w/paw prints for dog owners with Skoda's (Not many about, most in Lunatic asylums)

A company called 'Hatchbag' in Birkenhead. They do mainly 4WD seat covers but have done stuff for bucket seats aswell as having a standard range

will they be waterproof?

If your dogs incontinent like mine, waterproof is good!

So far no "Tena Lady" for dogs!

Yep, they are waterproof and should fit a lot better than the ones from Halfords and Argos. I've sent photo's and a very detailled drawing.

cool ill be very interested

I could be interested in these too, so long as they fit well and don't look too bad. Otherwise, I'll stick with me Snap-On covers.

Make sure that if you have side airbags they either have rip out panels for them or dont cover the side of the seat.

count me in for a set please

I'd be interested too

They are very busy at the moment, but should have something in just over a week. As soon as I get them I'll post and let you now

vrsfab, any news on these seat covers?

If it's the same company that I think it is,and i've no vested interest in them whatsoeverI hasten to add, then for you doggy owners I beleive they do a charcoal insert if required, in the cover,to keep away those mangy mutt pongs that some dogs seem to suffer from. c.j

Hatchbag have just called me. They have made one cover and been to their local dealer to try it. They are happy with the seat back, but think they can improve on the base and have started to alter the prototype.

Hang in there chaps. It shouldn't be long now!. I'll post as soon as I get more info.

brilliant mate! cheers

I'd certainly be interested in these if they keep the sporty looks of the seats.
