Ok what do you need to do to get the vRS to do a 0-100mph in 14 seconds dead?

You mean to say the standard one won't:confused:

I want my money back:(

I like pirates. They make me laugh.

Not modern pirates but old-fashioned piratey pirates.

What prize were you after. I'll take it...

Ok what do you need to do to get the vRS to do a 0-100mph in 14 seconds dead?

And then we have to consider the in gear times how do we get the 310Nm 1.9Vag to 580Nm???

Power to wieght ratio will give the in gear times, and the fabia is considerably lighter than the Bmw, thus it won't require as much torque.

If you start with a basic vrs, you would need a turbo (circa

Arian 5 ...

What prize were you after. I'll take it...

Maximum torque:5,608,312 lb/ft at 102rpm

I think that knocks the Arian 5 into a cocked hat i'm afraid. I'm still mulling over what prize i would like.

Has it PISTON your bonfire

Ok so

Hello mum

Hello Uncle Clive!

I think one area of concern is the brick like shape of the fabia so getting to the 155mph top speed may be too difficult.

Nothing a huge hill can't sort out...

Even with 440lbf and 260bhp Its not enough to break the 150mph barrier.

For high top speeds you need high power and 260bhp isnt enough especially with the brick like aerdynamics

And an elephant, ala Peugeot 206 advert ;)

My Scooby with less that 260bhp would crack a real 150mph and that was far from aerodynamic!!

Rubbish. I had 236 hp, and 257lbs of torque from my Leon Cupra R.

Somebody once told me, they had tested my car, and that hit over the 150mph barrier.

You sure? Standard Octy II vRS has a quoted top speed of 149mph with 200 bhp. and less torque than that.

Firstly - Postman Pat - your Mum says "Hi" back.

Pah. He said 150mph. 149 isn't enough I'm afraid..

Octavia 2 vrs - 197 bhp, 147 mph standard. (Skoda Figures) Myself and another member who has video evidence can state that 240-255 bhp (Revo power claims) can see 160 GPS speeds.

Its not just about the power, but aerodynamics, torque and balls.

I'm sure a little tail wind would push it over 150 mph (ok maybe a force 9 gale! :P)

I'd say at a guess. I'm sure I know who that member is! ;)

Yes - he has named himself after what I do for a living ;):D

Hmmmm.... No.. Still can't work it out?

Is he a bit red?
