I've always thought Barros very under-rated - and frequently not given the best machines.

I think we should see more Brazilians on the telly.

I think we've done the 'is he, isn't he the best' thing to death now and I'm content accepting the differing opinions.

Moving away from the original thread a bit, do you reckon both Rossi & Biaggi are lifters of the shirt?

No judgement either way, just a question!!

Lance

Hmmmm, well Rossi I would say no, but what do I know Max however has been down that route for sure I would say, not sure if he giveth or receiveth but he has definately parked his yoghurt lorry in someones brown garage

yoghurt lorry

I reckon they're both rear gunners.

No way is Vale a

But they're not and it isn't. From a championship perspective the only thing that counts is points' date=' no matter how you get them. No good being the quickest rider if your bike/team/tyres aren't up to it, or your crashing or making too many mistakes on track.

People aren't trying to make Excuses for him not winning they are actual Facts....I dunno if we've crossed wavelengths.

I agree, Barros is very capable if giving the right machinery. I'm going to hate myself for saying this but he did beat Rossi fair and square in the last race of the season (think it was the last race, years ago now!! ) when Rossi was aboard the Repsol RCV and Barros was was given the Honda West RCV. He certainly rode brilliantly on Sunday beating Stoner on the Works Ducati with a 'customer' bike:thumbup:

OTOH Stavros seemed to thank that Casey had cooked his tyres a bit.
