Really? Didn't know that. I've had problems gettign screenwash in cold temperatures so I didn't think they were heated

Hmmm not sure where I got that idea from! Spec sheet in the brochure doesn't mention it, but they've not ever been frozen when I've tried to use them so I assumed they were. Will check the hand book and fuses in the morning :)

I'm not sure, but the Fabia vRS may do. Mine never had any problems over the winter. Whenever I wanted to spray the windows/lights, they worked first time.

Pretty sure the Fabia vRS doesnt, mine have frozen up a few times now.

same here in the deep forst we had the washers frozen up

I had heated washer jets on my Polo, they still froze up though.

The water bottle maybe warm/hot but the pipes leading to the washers can still get blocked with excess water freezing in the process.

Heated washer yets are a option on the vRS. ChavyBoy has them fitted to his. I would of like'd them but they appeared on the options list after i orderd my car. :thumbdwn:

 Am I missing something here?

If you need heated washer jets, isn't the fluid going to freeze as soon as it hits the windscreen? Why not increase the amount of additive in the washer reservoir, instead?
