Saw a white one on the M25 earlier on today. It looks quite funky, and is smaller than a new mini. It's abit of a girls car, but is quite chic so I would imagine it would sell a fair few to the trendy wannabes that brought the mini. It will probably end up as the next estate agents car.

well its based on the panda chassis, and the 100 bhp in the panda 100 is 0-62 in 9.5 ish, so I guess the the 0-62 of the 150bhp version could be around 6.5..

however if you check out the vid posted above, (the arbarth testing at the ring) the graphics guess at 1.6 turbo, and 0-62 in 5.8 !! :eek: (don't know that fiat current run a 1.6 turbo anywhere though... )

Will be interesting if the rumour is true about the 565ss version, of 200BHP 150mph, supposedly they have a Ferrari chassis engineer involved.

Love the old styleee styling especially the badge and bonnet.

Shame it's not going to be rear engined like the old 126 Abarth (although a closing boot would be nice )

I really doubt it will be poor handling, Fiat know it's being compaired to the mini, so must do just as good a job, and the panda100 I drove handled fantastically, so I guess it will be good... (the few reviews i've read so far are promising too..)

It will also be the next Ford KA , although I dont know if they are sharing engines.

It's very smart especially in red. Read in a mag on holiday that the 200bhp version is more than a rumor.
