shame you're not closer to me... a police class 1 drivers assesment of my driving would be very interesting ( and hopefully helpful!) i would really enjoy that! (and thanks for offering, anyone living nearby should take him up in this!) but the borders, and reading, are too far apart :(

Dave, most RoSPA examiners are either currently serving PC1 or retired traffic cops; I know that Gary certainly is (he's the guy who took me for my RoSPA normal test and diploma).

Quite a few do mentoring for people who already have advanced qualifications. I go out with Gary about once every couple of weeks for some pointers. Very worthwhile doing.

Anyone in reading should take Mac up on his offer.

Hmm well I'd be willing to drive up to reading tbh, but that would probably be in a short while.

Im a fully qualified class 1 driving assessor(well for 10 month till it runs out) + nvq level 2 in transporting goods by road

(any body fancy a bit of coaching in a artic i can teach you to drive economically if youve got a truck

Ive got SAFED course coming up soon (Safe And Fuel Efficent Driving) :lol already winding the accessor/trainer up with tails of handbrake turns and powerslidding around the roundabout :lol

I would certainly like to take Chris up on the opportunity here (I live down Gosport way). I assume we'd arrange as convenient for the two of us. For me, it would probably worth looking at from mid October onwards!
