Yes, they'll allow that access. Having been in recent years, they look exactly the same as the 'paying' tickets, you'll just notice a 'promo' reference on them.

So they're straightforward Silver level tickets. Clearly they're trying to fill up perhaps the performances that are less well attended usually. Which is fair enough....

I have just to work out how to get to Birmingham and back from Edinburgh for a reasonable outlay.

Flight and train costs are a bit steep at the moment...might need to source a friendly Fabia driver who is looking for passengers
