And another idea buys the farm

My number plates don't carry a mark of the person who made the plate. Also on my rear number plate the screws have become a bit rusty and I cannot get them off.

Ideal :(

double sided tape is your friend then ;)

I have the Dubmeister pressed plates, but with standard UK font. No postcode or British Standard symbol, and not sure whether they are reflective enough.

Anyway, my car passed its MOT with these a couple of weeks ago (3rd October) - guess I was just lucky. Or maybe I got in a couple of days before the clampdown!

I have the same sort of plates and my MOT station failed me for them (which is fair enough as I forgot to change them over). Switch them over for the MOT and then when I got home put them back on again.

mines just failed as well for no bs mark or makers mark

just going to refit the old plates with elastic bands ;)
