Looks awesome completelly de-badged at the rear.

Nice and smooth.

Like how youve taken the bump strips off also, top job!

Thought about coding the mirror plastics?

took a whole load of night shots and pretty much everyone was like that:confused:i'm not much of a photographer but for some reason they were all like that.

I did think of doing the mirrors, but thought it may be a little too much,if anyone else does it and it looks great i probably will copy it:rofl:

thanks for the comments:thumbup:

yay love your car but you know that ;)

Can i ask how u got on debadging the rear was under the impression the badges left holes and it would require filler and painting?

top work

i didn't do it,best left in the hands of a bodyshop,my mate owns one and so did it for me,but it could be quite expensive,at mates rates it was more than i wanted tio pay really, but you do get what you pay forand he is an excellent painter, they are pinned and to do the job properly the back of thetailgate gets welded with a small piece of stainless steel, then a skim of filler over the holes, primed painted and laquered,he ran over the whole lot with the laquer,i am happy with it .

Looks great - really like the de-badged rear

lol. I doubt there's another family in this country where every member has a vRS.

i know,my brother had one too,but sold it and got a smart brabus thing,so we did have four:eek:

this is my third one now:D

Our family will have 3 Skoda's, 2 Fabia's and a Superb, just need to talk my sister into loosing her french crap and getting an octavia! :D

Cracking pics, I would have left the Skoda badge on the back but it does look alright.

Looking very nice! :) I do like the leather!

You need a Smurf to go with all the blue!

That really is a SSE now - only one in existence that I know of... Lovely!

Seeing the full frontal shot (!!) gave me an idea - I have a LHD one and the air deflector under the wiper is on the other wiper - wonder if you can put two on? Be more symmetric - and symmetry is a known value in gauging appearance....

Cheers

now that is an idea, wonder if it would work:rubchin:

I think I'd have left the fog surrounds and concentrated on the mirror mounts personally. The chrome grille surround must be on the list too.

If you're gonna go to Ladybower, you've got to be cheeky and sneak down to the Dam....

:D

Looking good mate.

Only things i'm not sure about are the numberplate surround and i think the foglight surrounds are better in the black..... But the smooth back end looks very good.:thumbup::thumbup:

You know my mrs better not see this thread cos i told her it was wrong to get matching coloured vRS's..... Even though she really really wanted a black one like mine. :D:D:D

Cheers

Dave.

That's like us one black vRS and one silver vRS..... I like the idea of blacking the B piller on the silver cars.... Was done by quite a lot of people on the Polo GTi when i had one. Usually just sticky back plastic that you cut to size..... Can't remember exactly where they used to get the stuff from.

Cheers

Dave.

You can buy carbon adhesive vinyl at Halfrauds, or my mate does signs and graphics, but he keeps fobbing me off :(
