Use a jack on the bar itself to hold it in place

thats not problem insert nut is still moving that s problem

is there any differenc in front end od 150 BHP and 180 BHP models or not

i read it but all i try it dose not fit the hole is too big

can eny one measure hole and tell me how big is it

You need to hold the nut still and then turn the bolt until the nut compresses then it will fill the hole.

i hold it still and tur the bolt but nothing happens thats the problem

i think i will veld it then it will be ok

could be the bolts knackered. tried asking at dealer where you got it all from? or buying another bolt?

and which side the bulge goes on?

the nut inserts are called rivnuts and are supposed to be installed using a special riviter
