How about Cobra Stripes............Thats what they first appeared on - not the Viper, although Carrol Shelby was involved in the Viper's development, the stripes did not originate on the Viper. Sorry - just gets on my tits that.

Erm sorry but no, Shelby copied the idea from Briggs Cunningham who raced cars in the 50s, white cars with blue stripes. First US cars to enter Le Mans, I think.

I think for a Black Fabia white or silver would look good done in "Makefish Stripes" style ().

Anyone a dab hand at the ol' photoshopping? Like to see what Makefish Stripes look like, but they need to be much thinner than the Octy ones as there's far less real estate on a Fabia......

I dont think you'd want to go any thinner on the dual stripes for the Fabia, would look really good with the ones I bought which are 150mm wide iirc.

If someone has the time and photoshop expertise, I'd like to see what those stripes on the red Fabia would look like in silver on a Black Octy as I may have a plan :rubchin:

Just make sure that you put them on correct, unlike the red fabia where they are slightly to the left at the rear, but central at the front. Not a good look.

Not today, paintwork desperately needs polishing to get rid of the swirl marks + there are a few paint chips I want to deal with too. :(

Much easier than you might think. Use detailing spray or diluted soapy water and a squeegy or sponge to get the bubbles out, align and leave

sorry, I don't know. that's a 2nd hand vehichle and the stripes were already on

SWMBO just saw me looking at the stripe, a two letter word was repeated over and over again better leave it a while
