Customer Service phone call.

Featured Replies

Hi

Has anybody ever experienced a Skoda customer service ringing them at home. ?? Ours was a lady employed by our actual main dealership, and just asked several questions, for which you could answer, either extremely happy, very happy, not happy and unhappy, and extremely unhappy, ( that's a translation of course) Only having our Octy 6 weeks and only having seat covers and dog guard and tray fitted, wife had very little to comment on. Car has done 3780 km and will have done another 3000 by a week Friday, not even a oil top up.. As we are more than happy with the service and the car, and just thought it was a good customer service thing to do,

Questions/

1/ Are you happy with the Skoda car.

2/ Would you buy another Skoda from that dealer.

3/ How happy are you with the service.

4/ Were they amenable when it comes to making appointments.

5/ Did they do what you asked.

6/ Did they tell you what else needed doing.

7/ Did they give you the approximate cost for the job.

8/ Was this approximate cost near or same as the actual price charged.

9/ Did they inform you of how long a job would take.

10/ Did they keep to that time.

11/ Did they offer you a replacement vehicle.

12 / Were you happy with the replace vehicle.

13/ Is the staff pleasant

14/ How would you rate the workshop does it inspire confidence

13/ Would you recommend the dealership to anyone.

14/ Do you wish to send a personal message to the owner of dealership.

We gave the  to all ??

They said that they send this data as anonymous to specialist company that analyses such data, for the dealership.

Think they know better than to call me unless they want another earfull lol.

Similar thing but my dealer leave a fob hanging around your rearview with a website addy and they ask if you would go there and answer similar questions.

I think these customer service should be asked after a decent period of ownership when things really start to show.

I can see what you are saying if the questions were meant to just be about the car, however the dealer whilst interested in how well the cars last (this is really Skoda UK territory) should also be interested in how you perceive the staff and the showroom facilities, ie quality of service, since they after are providing a service.

Therefore I think there is nothing better than instant feedback, so that things can be put right straight away, and praise can be given to the service or sales guys that deserve it.

:)

The questions from the OP are clearly aimed at checking how the dealer performed rather than the car. There is only one car related question and thats the first one, all the others are dealer oriented. Much better to survey the dealer as soon as possible, so the customer doesnt forget anything that may or may not have been a problem.
