i remember seeing a Dialynx Quattro competing in a sprint at MIRA , back in 1999, it spun iirc ripping the aerodynamic undertray off pretty comprehensively

Saw a Dialynx quattro at GTI International in 1997 - 12 second 1/4... was quicker than the Dubsport Twin-VR6 Mk2 as well IIRC...

In school my friends mums boyfriend bought her one and my friends brother decided to take it for a drive and wrote it off - lovely cars.

Must have been a bad day for Big Dub, It was running quite comfortable low 10's But I agree the Dialynx is an amazing bit of kit and about as close as I could ever come to affording a Sport Quattro.

I've seen it in action at GTI Inters too. The sound of that turbo charged 5 cylinder is truly awesome.

I was talking to a chap who was hillclimbiing a 500 bhp dialynx swb at Loton park last year. That was a nice piece of kit, turned out he also owned Tom Hammonds old (genuine) swb road car, which he (Tom) used to pull the Pikes peak replica he had.
