Hi all,

Just thought I would say hello. I have been registered on here a little while now but owning a SEAT I have concentrated on SeatCupra.net. I met a few of you guys at Dubsport in March and I have since been having some interesting chats with Neo_Vr so I hope to be hanging around here a little bit more often.

Great site bye the way.

Welcome to Briskoda.

How you getting on with the 312mm brakes? btw which pads are you using?

Cheers guys.

Brakes are doing fine Col I only used standard OEM pads but they seem quite efficiant as I can stand the car on its nose almost literally. The rear wheels I am sure are almost airborn as the car squirms when the pedel is stamped on. There is little difference to the feel in normal town driving but they certainly pull you up shorter than expected when applied with a little more effort. :)

If you had DS2500 you would notice the difference all round ;) the wierd thing is tho, i think my car may have "adapted" to the newly found brake force (is this possible) as after a week of nosediving and rear wheels trying to overtake the front it seems to have settled down loads. - and of course if you are feeling brave, VAGcom can adjust brake bias etc, but i wouldnt reccomend it :D

Glad your happy with them tho. definately a highly reccomended mod from everyone who has fitted them

Next port of call..... suspension! ;)
