range on a tank

Featured Replies

Pretty sure mine does not do that... I get the noise when I am running low on windscreen wash solution though!

I've never managed to use more than about half the lake before I or Queensboro have refilled it!

car took 49.5 litres, so still 5 to go.

the gauge was going up as i was driving along the level, in my neck of the woods a hill is something to be commented on (norfolk suffolk border) so it wasn't that. the gauge had been dropping until it decided to do a U turn and go up again.

ah yes the instruction to fill up from swmbo. my wife is a bit paranoid about running with less than half a tank

5 litres left?! Chicken. :D

ive managed to put 53 litres in a few times, which i always find interesting considering its a 50litre tank (which is just too bloody small imo)

i get about 450 on my tank 1.9 sdi and thats about £46 to fill up

If it's £46 you are topping up, not filling up!!! £1.10/litre now!

always scares me the fuel buzzer in the skoda. always think the engines about to go or something.

Same here! :D Each and every time the fuel light comes on, for a split second I'm expecting a huge repair bill!

I`ve a 52 plate 1.9tdi(110) and i can get up to 580 on a tank of Diesel.Depending on speed etc.
