MR stands for Manthey Racing and as far as I can make out is a Porsche race tuning specialist in Germany.

On the subject of "anti-radar paint", the real stuff, as on the Lockheed SR-71 "Blackbird" is actually very dark blue.

Pretty much yeah. You need to get real "iron ball", not the stuff the museum queens are painted in, and then get in a good light, to see it though.
