I got VagCom take a reading for mine and its supposidly 198.8bhp

But i dont believe it, i'll have to get it on the rollers soon.

201 bhp, 419Nm

That was Superchips, mild map for the hardware, no propane, pre-write-off :o

Currently driving stock PD100 estate..

Based on the fact that the same hardware can do more bhp & torque (having seen similar spec cars, I reckon 206+ bhp is quite easily achieved when it's back on the road).

Am a few months away from that still though ;)

183bhp off my stage one remap very happy so far

Bit pointless as its only really accurate if you have a printout, from the general view all these companies maps that state, 180bhp , 190bhp in reality are around 160 or 170 bhp, from what ive read, i will be getting rr'd on the 15th of march so i'll have a real answer then

Added to that it's only really accurate if they bolt the dyno to the flywheel (otherwise there are too many factors guessing transmission losses between the road wheels and the flywheel) and perform each test in the same atmospheric conditions, etc, etc.

I've yet to find a tuner who doesn't swear their rolling road is the most accurate in the country though ;)

Chris

218 bhp, 350 ft lbs. Not uploaded graph yet, but done on Awesome's rollers.

Might be some more to come yet though.

My "vRS engine" is pushing the good side of 205bhp. :)

why not your VRS car ;););)

mines standard for now......all i plan for is to break the 200 mark

why not your VRS car ;););)

Because it's a 2001 TDI comfort. :P :rolleyes::rofl:

Who really gives a ****?

If your car is fast enough for you, surely that's enough?

I may be a clown, but I'm sure Briskoda is becoming a feckin' circus.

Who really gives a ****?

.

The O/P clearly. And given that it's an enthusiasts site, and as enthusiasts some of us have taken the Fabia to fairly high levels of tune and performance, I don't see an issue in posting about it. Some folks may be interested. The title of the thread is fairly ******* descriptive, thus those who don't give a **** don't need to view/read/give a **** about it.

No offence.

Awww Dave , I thought better of you:D

I know you don't have to prove anything, as you are an enthusuiast, and have the car and cahunas to prove it.

Don't bite, please.

And please don't misquote me, you know I was only joshing.

Unlucky. Nothing is easy (apart from Mr Grumpy).

Get saving for the stage 2 TD hybrid - it makes sense.
