Without wishing to sound rude Matt your best bet is simply to go to your local dealer and ask for one.

Mine has just gone as well Matt, I went to Merits ,big mistake, and they gave me the 6q0945511 and it dosn't work. They didn't even take my registration.

Going to take it back today to get it swaped for a green one.
