Has anyone else been experiencing problems with the above. So far they seem to be a complete disaster area. I haven't received any of the vouchers they have sent although they did fess up that the first lot were not sent due to delays at there end however I had to complain to get my points back (which they still haven't credited to my account.) It now appears they should have sent some at the end of december which again haven't turned up and I'm going to have to complain again.

Are they actually trying to rip us off or am I alone in my problem. I'm cheesed off with them tbh!! Is there anything I can do with regards to trading standards, press etc??

I've not got enough points to claim anything yet.

I doubt Trading Standards would be too interested since this is an 'optional extra' rather than a failed purchase.

You could just write to them and threaten to inform Watchdog, TS and any local press or motoring mags.

That sort of thing tends to put a rocket up them and get things moving.

I had a fuel cheque for £16.00

I got a fuel voucher for £12.50 yesterday. The website is poop though.

i got a fiver, but they have lost all of januarys, will be interesting to see when we get the double points (triple on vpower) for the period of february added or not.

The latest offer is a free toy ferrari car with 30 litres of vpower (6 to collect) for the next month or so.

i put 1200 litres of derv a week in the wagon,shold have been on for loads of free fuel,6 months now and nothing,i even registered two cards but got nothing back from either,i've given up on it now:mad:

Maybe as they have sent all the vouchers out this week that is the reason the petrol has gone up AGAIN this week :rubchin:

got my voucher last week, did notice they started their double points offer up a few weeks before their annual pretax profits were announced and now its died down so did the double points offer.

Hmmm I've opted for argos wouchers and they have failed to send any. Think I'm gonna start using tesco high octane instead!!!
