Lessen to be learnt, never by an Ex-demo from a dealer that lets customers have unaccompianied test drives, especially 48 hr ones.

The dash colour looks like a 3 but it doesn't have climate so it can't be :confused:

Shaky camera in a car going slowly. Looked like A686 from Hexham to Penristh passing Hartside cafe. I've seen cyclists going quicker.

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. That went well and it came to my place this last weekend. Early 2012, 1.2 TSI, 5sp manual, 158k miles on the clock. This is it, just after being washed. Paintwork is far from pristine, but that's not something I care much about. I'd looked up the spec via the reg plate before seeing pics of the car, so there were one or t

Adding this for anyone that comes across the same issue. Noticed a slightly extended crank a day or so ago, along with a few seconds worth of poor idle and then ran as normal. Checked for codes, and none showing. Checked plugs when I got home again and all ok. Checked the lpfp count and was at or around 50% at idle. No hesitation or misfires and none detected on scanner. Rail holding pressure within parameters and both lpfp and hpfp showing requested and actual pressures where they should b

Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.

Hi, I've recently sold my MK2 and bought a MK3. I'm having issues with the exhaust gas getting into the coolant. I need to find out what is causing this. Is it likely to be the EGR or something more serious like a blown head gasket or a crack in the block? I've only had this car for 5 weeks so am looking to approach the dealer I bought it from. They only gave a 30 day warranty. They already had it in for a week and were supposed to repair this but they haven't done it.
