Oo, that's nice.

Why does white look so good again? It's the new silver :D

Just as I feared, that looks fantastic! This next week is going to be a nightmare now!! :D

Wow, I really am thick! She can clear off, she's got a 170 brake bright yellow Fabia vRS. She's a newby on here too. I'll get some more pictures on when I finally pick her up:thumbup:

Your week! Your week!!!!!! I've been to see mine, to dribble, take pictures and sit in it but that's all I can do. I can't bring her home yet, I can't even drive her on public roads and it's killing me. Aaaaaarrgghhhh! I'm beginning to wish I'd registered her on a normal 08 plate while I waited for my reg cert to come through. I now have to wait until at least tuesday. Big up to Neil Robinson at White Dove Skoda in Cardiff (029 2064 2988) though; he's been fantastic and given me a Roomster courtesy car while I'm waiting for my Occy. I'm not sure if that's some kind of joke but at least I have transport :(

Well I hope everything's sorted out soon for you ... you must be hating the waiting!

The car looks beautiful.

Yeah hope you get your hands on it soon, then you can be rid of the Roomster..lol

Thank you. I do hate the wait but she'll be well worth it.

Smart looking motor you got, identical to my wife. The car I mean, not my wife. Hers has been chipped and it goes like an absolute missile. It's like someone's pulling your spine through the seat! Apart from that, it's amazing on fuel too; she get's over 74 mpg at 70 mph on a 150 mile run from South Wales to London on the M4. On a 68 mile run from London to Essex around the M25, she once had 85 mpg! Dodgy trip computer? She's getting almost 700 miles on a tank.

Yeah, right, cheers, thanks

Saying that, it's a surprisingly practical car. Awful on fuel though cos it's a 1.6 petrol automatic. My Disco was better!

Yeah I can also see the practicallity of the Roomster as my Dad was given one while his Octy was getting a new engine. But I thought the driver's visibilty is shocking, with those stupid black pieces over the side windows.

I thought that too. I sit quite far back being 6' 1" tall and I find I always have to llok to see what's coming from the left twice before I pull out of a junction, just in case I miss something cos of those pieces.:thumbdwn: Not a bad car otherwise but maybe not for me full time for another 20 years or so:rofl:

  • 2 weeks later...

Oh my word!!!! White is the new Black!! Hope to see you on the road mate and i'm sure I won't miss you in that beast!
