    • Good to know you are happy with it, well apart from the volume.
    • @STU3Y - sorry for the slow reply. I’ve just done the coding as suggested (after taking out the LIN convertor) and can say that yes, like you, the heated steering wheel button on the wheel itself is now working 👍🏻    Thank you for your update, that helps a lot to know that there can be full functionality of the mk4 wheel on a mk3 now that at least two of us have done it. Dead pleased.
    • Hi. My apps no longer coming up on the screen. It isn’t connecting. I can’t get an appointment for a software update till 3 months away. Crazy! Skoda dealers giving different and unhelpful info. Can’t find anything online. Can’t see in manual how to switch it on    I’ve tried pressing the on/off button for 20 seconds.    my phone is working in other vehicles so I know it’s not the phone at fault.    would super appreciate any advice. Thank you.
    • Thanks for the suggestions @Warrior193, Bosch diagnostics was run and an error was cleared on the engine ECU (the guy was to quick to let me photograph the error that was cleared).  He suggested that there may be a faulty connection between the ASR on/off button on the console panel and the relay switch that connects to the ECU. He said in his opinion it might be a job for an auto electrician to investigate.   With the error in the engine ECU now cleared perhaps this ASR error issue will go away for now - let's see.   In the meantime, I will inspect the wiring route from the battery to the starter as suggested by @pikpilot.
