Dyno test
You are measuring DIN net wheels, not DIN test flywheel. The problem is that your dyno operator didn't explain the difference to you properly.

BTCC
So apparently the TIdy One is retiring; not before time! And Jade got her own back on him

19 wheels?, 9.5 et41 with 235/35r19
I didn't mention lowering, largely because you should be able to select a ride height with coilovers.

Strange rear traction noise/reasoning when turn
@sindibade - As @Routemaster1461 and @Kenny R said whilst I was AFK. The Haldex is a separate unit, part of the RWD section of your 4x4, which requires regular servicing, including a replacement of an internal filter, which is a bit overdue at 66_000km.

Strange rear traction noise/reasoning when turn
When was the Haldex last serviced? Was the filter cleaned and/or replaced when this was done if it was?

Seatbelt pre-tensioner activated
That is correct; the pretensioners are one shot pyrotechnics.

I think it's tight, particularly when you're turning. I know it's more money, but what about using racing coilovers, because that will reduce the diameter of the spring and spring perch, giving you more clearance.

Better lights !
Even the +100% Nightbreakers only actually give 10% better range. Attempts to "get better lights" by using fog lights just dazzle everyone except people following you (you included). Fitting LED lights or plasma discharge units is likely to break the law unless you also add headlight washers and automatic beam aimers, which is expensive. Auxiliary headlights can only legally be used at times when you can use main beam, so don't actually offer any benefit unless you mostly drive on quiet roads.

Good Online Places for Replacement Number Plates
No idea either. But they'd be the only people who could legally supply a plate with that name and postcode on it.

Good Online Places for Replacement Number Plates
Yes, from the original supplying dealer!

Airbag light.
Clock spring for sure. And you'll need dealership grade diagnostics to reset the latching airbag warning light afterwards.

Drivers seat back keeps reclining
It's not impossible; maybe get a partner or friend to photograph that area with you in the seat and the belt on?

At speeds above 80km/h the power steering stop working, at consistent speeds above 110km/h some of the electronics stop working and the ABS and Braking red warning lights come on.
If you have an odd size tyre, it may cause problems with the ASR, and/or ABS, since they work off wheel revolutions. It's about 2 minutes to check that all 4 are marked with the same size, and not unknown for tyre fitters to make a mistake and supply one odd tyre in a set.

Octavia iV vrs PHEV vs sportline PHEV (non-UK)
Ah, I was thinking that it would be/include a sump heater. And yes different engine maps mean different tunes on the same engine. An idea that VAG use regularly across Audi, Seat, Skoda and Vw ranges.

Octavia iV vrs PHEV vs sportline PHEV (non-UK)
Different engine maps, and maybe, repeat maybe, camshafts. Beyond that, if I may, won't the Webasto make the car more saleable in future even if you don't need it?

Strut connector replacement
It is. Typically it will be maybe 1/16" thick (thinner than one turn of your thread).
-
Gearbox help!
Not as such. Is there a VAG approved bodyshop in Welshpool or Shrewsbury?
-
Strut connector replacement
Well, in that case the advice you already have is correct. 😞

Emissions Warning Light - glow plug
What does he mean by "penetrating oil"? I've known several garages who think that WD-40 and Duck Oil are penetrating oils, which is just wrong. What this job needs is a specialist dismantling lubricant such as PlusGas (NB, irregular capitalisation is significant here).
-
Strut connector replacement
That statement is correct as far as it goes. However, these fixings often use captive nuts, in which case the illustrated connector may just have come unscrewed. You've nothing to lose by offering it up to the hole and seeing if the thread still has a captive nut to pick up on.

Gearbox help!
Well, the final drive may be lower, but living where you do in Powys that might actually be an advantage.
-
Don’t think it will polish out ……
That looks more like a gouge. Chips Away can fix it I think, but I'd advise telling them when booking.
-
Gearbox help!
Yes. The easy way to know if you're looking at a plug and play compatible engine or gearbox is to check that it has the same code (HDS in this case).
-
Glow Plug flashing and Start/stop system failure
Well, throwing money at the car without reading the fault codes first won't be helping.

new E10 Fuel and Economy
Yes it can, but as usual with a TLA, the acronym has synonyms!
