  1. This can NOT be done with VCDS :(
  2. IMHo 200-250 GBP
  3. Advantage: it supports SmarLink (MirrorLink, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay) Disadvantage: it does not support DAB/DAB+ Unfortunately SmartLink does not matter so much here as in case of Yeti FL it will be deactivated when CP is removed and in case of other cars unit must be hacked anyway... It is Bolero. Amudsen part numbers are 5L0035680x where x is a letter.
  4. It's Bolero MIB STD2 PQ. Can be installed directly only in Yeti FL (requires Components Protection removal). After rework, can be installed in PQ cars like Fabia II FL, Super b II, Octavia II FL, Rapid.
  5. Search Internet or find someone who can do it for you...
  6. Either VW dealer or unit must be hacked.
  7. This usually means either problems with second DVD layer reading or too small HDD partition for maps. Problems with second DVD layer reading typically occurs due to either dirty laser lens or faulty laser. If disc is non-original which means it was burned then it could also be incorrect burning or low quality disc. HDD partition issue is typically caused when upgrading older units, equipped with 30GB disc, that originally had only 2 partitions (20GB for music + 10 GB for maps) with newer software that divided HDD into 3 partitions. This new software splits HDD in ratio 50-25-25 (music-maps-POI) and is dedicated for 40GB discs so then you still have 20GB for music, 10GB for maps and 10GB for POI. When you use this software on 30GB discs then partition for maps is only 7.5GB which is an issue when updating maps. I have also found the same problem on latest C14 units that are equipped with 30GD solid state disks (SSD) that are splitted 65-28-7 => still maps partition is too low for latest maps. Solution is to have 30GB disk splitted 60-35-5, it can either be done with service software (e.g. SetConfig) or by flashing unit with especially modified firmware. I suggest you first let us know what is exact model number and software version of your Columbus.
  8. Yes part number tells everything
  9. Yes, this is correct - your version is 0241, this one is 0253. Update from SD, not USB
  10. Come on, they are available from offical Skoda UK website
  11. Then make an update... and pls do not use such big font...
  12. Unfortunately I have no idea hot to help you :( @Fernandoberracoso why do you want to upgrade? Are there any problems with your unit?
  13. Because maps are the same and with Beetle you cannot make an error (there is ONLY Discover Media = Amundsen) whil with Passat there are multiple options.
  14. Maps you showed on picture (1410) are NOT the latest version - on th ewebsite I linked you will find 1520
  15. These are the same maps... there is no "Skoda" and "VW" and "SEAT" version, it's exactly the same set of files...
  16. First of all, update your maps. Use VW portal select beetle then Discover media then choose required region (Montenegro is present in 3 of them).
  17. Pls describe your problem in details.
  18. You have link to download firmware on your PM. Both ACC and PM require swap codes - ACC in gateway, PM in infotainment. None can be done by SKODA dealer - 5F must be hacked, for ACC you must get a code that will have it enabled and unfortunately I don;t know anyone who can currently have it generated.
  19. 1m long waterproof cables that goed from bumper to the trunk - 000098712A.
  20. To have SIM working you need to add 2 LTE antennas that are factory installed inside rear bumper - 5E0035497 (left) and 5E0035497B (right). Then you need 1m long waterproof cables hat goe from bumper to the trunk and then regular coaxial cables to connect to infotainment unit. I don't remember part numbers now for the waterproof cables but can check it later. Alternatively ypu can get aftermarket antenna from aliexpress which is very cost-effective.
  21. Language list remains the same, no new features are available.
  22. All others pls check your PMs
