  1. Already replaced twice that dammed pump and now it's started sounding again since 1-2 months... Don't know what the silly hell happens with those pumps really, going for 3rd replacement in a 7-8 years distance... As per sayings, when engine gets warm enough and on dry weather it would whistle. Last part is still under 24m warranty from Skoda,so it'll all be sorted.
  2. It's climatic, the signs of temp values means the air is continuously adjusted to the setting left. The other settings are all manual.
  3. Yes normally you should select the low beams function. The other one should not work even if showing any info message for not having installed fogs.
  4. AFAIK there is a direct option in the software which activates the main beam in coming/leaving home function via one click app selection. You should be able to locate it upon roll the relevant option.
  5. Did you have the car scanned for any possible fault codes stored? Usually when there's a problem in the auto leveling or headlight range, the system will throw a message and will indicate the issue. But not sure of any of the height sensors misfunctions would indicate a fault notice.
  6. As per Me-109, the same for me for a Swing radio, from ebay a (trusted) seller responded within a half hour.
  7. Why not having it scanned for any codes to see if anything has arised? I believe it'll throw some light in right direction.
  8. Not sure if this can be added later as an extra, better if car is equipped from factory. It's a common issue for TDI's and TSI's that they get a bit late to warm up the engines...
  9. Possibly a full scan for any fault codes in HVAC module could show some point where to heading for..
  10. Yes, various owners say different things about timing chains.. In my opinion I think the car surely worths and with such low mileage..
  11. Hello, As car is under such low mileage, it's too early to face any major issues. From my experience as having the same model, have in mind the turbos usually fail (wastegate actuator) on that CAXA engines and despite of replacing whole unit, you can search for specialized techs that can repair it. Also the timing chain is suspicious to start sounding (when engine cranking) and this is supposed to be after 150+ km.. Others have reported injector failures but in my country and as far as I know lots of persons owning the same, it is said that this is a rare thing. Generally this engine is very good when combining power and fuel efficiency. In my opinion this 1.4 matches most the character of this family car. I'm at 210+ km since 2009, and I have remained very satisfied. I've made lots of transformations, including LPG kit (STAG) since early 2022.
  12. Hello all, I have noticed the ABS pump does not hold the car in some kind of inclinations that in the same points it did as should. But it seems to work in higher ones. This happened after a full weight loaded road trip of 3k kms. The ABS controller does not show any error though. Is there any adjustment really or kind of reset perhaps? Tia.
