  1. This should help... https://www.physiomed.co.uk/uploads/guide/file/21/Physiomed_Sitting_Guide_-_Driving_Digital.pdf
  2. https://www.skoda.co.uk/owners/skoda-connect Skoda have the cheek to ask you to pay for this rubbish, and you also need to obtain a data sim at your cost for this service to work. Personnally I wouldn’t bother and use car play instead.
  3. It appears the latest models are being filled with 0W 20 VW 508 spec oil from the factory.
  4. It’s not an anomaly it’s part of the cornering fog light function. I’ve found it very handy in my previous Yetis and current Kodiaq to see what is around the front end when manoeuvring in our unlit driveway. Perhaps in well lit areas it’s pretty pointless.
  5. Very strange if you haven’t got any rear springs, my 2.0tsi certainly has. What have you got instead?
  6. You’ve just missed one of their 20% off sales. Next one probably Black Friday
  7. Both my previous Yetis and current Kodiaq have lamp out warnings as do all modern vehicles I believe. But being old school I still check all light operations, tyre pressures, oil level, screen wash top up etc at least weekly or before any long journey.
  8. Sidelights are generally 5W which as stated above, not much brighter than candles.
  9. Re battery voltage. Modern stop/ start micro hybrid battery systems as in the Karroq do not charge the battery fully to allow some capacity for the regenerative charge energy to go. Depending if you have a AGM or EFB battery 12.4V is about 80% charge which is correct.
  10. Yes you can change under car/ lights menu if I remember correctly.
  11. There is an option to have the lights turn on earlier or later. Don’t forget the headlights are not just for you to see but for others to see you, just let them do their thing and be safe.
  12. Sorry for the confusion, but in your post on another site you priced items individually including waste bin £30 and rear blinds £205 both of which are included in the family pack for £180.
  13. The family pack includes rear window blinds and waste bin, so you could omit them from your list. As above, after suffering a leaking sunroof in my previous Yeti, I would never spec a sunroof ever again. The standard Alcantara seats are better than paying for leather.
  14. There’s a snake in your boot, or you’ve got a puncture:) Without attaching a video or sound file of what your hearing, your just going to get a lot of random guesses.
  15. The only other question is did your previous cars have stop/ start. The reason being with stop/start micro hybrid systems the battery is never fully charged to allow some capacity for the regenerative energy to go to.
  16. Did your previous cars have permanently live 12V sockets, or were they ignition controlled. If you don’t require dash cam to be on 24/7 why not wire it to a ignition controlled piggy back fuse as many have done on here, and there’s a very comprehensive guide on how to as well.
  17. Having seen the exact same problem on here before, and having heard it myself, with the vents blowing air across the mic in the roof causing strange gurgling, whooshing noises from rear speakers, so if it’s not that, as they say on Dragons Den, I’m out.
  18. Sounds like you’ve got the voice enchantment turned on, turn it off or turn down and weird noises from speakers will disappear.
  19. Thanks for the heads up, I’ve just signed up as well. Will at least soften the blow with now only having to pay MOT, Haldex Service, brake fluid change next year, and MOT and DSG oil change the year after.
  20. In this post they turned the egr inlet shroud 180° by filing a new notch.
  21. Was going to say, they’re normally very busy during their 20% off sale periods, and delivery can be slow till they catch up.
  22. Don’t think many manufacturers apart from so called luxury brands use “ real” leather nowadays.
