Driver's window closing problem
You didn't mention that you did this in the reset procedure, but I thought (I haven't needed to reset mine for years) that when you first open the window you need to hold the open button for several seconds as well as holding when closed?

PDC
You may not know then that when you lock the car with the fob, but continue to press the fob lock button for a few seconds the mirrors will fold in? (They will unfold again when you next start the engine)

Yeti wet boot - No sunroof
A common way to help detecting the route of the ingress of water is to apply a light dusting of talcum powder all around the wet area and the likely areas of entry.....

Battery issue or something more serious?
Yes, but has the garage taken it out of park mode? Eg does it now permanently record?

Battery issue or something more serious?
Did your garage do something to the dashcam eg disconnect it (as I believe many do so as not to record any conversations or events within the workshop) if they did disconnect/reconnect it maybe it's gone back to a default mode that constantly draws power?

Yeti seats
Is your seat adjustable up/down? If so is it set to the highest position? I'm not sure if all Yeti models have that feature. Edit: Also a read through this thread on the darkside might be useful https://www.yetiownersclub.co.uk/threads/seat-squab-angle-modification.6886/

1.6 Tdi manual Yeti "Hesitation" between 1500 and 2500 revs
Just a random thought; A previous car I had was Diesel x-type Jaguar. A peculiar issue was found with a couple of owners (not with mine though) where smooth gear changing became erratic. The cause was found to be a faulty switch on the clutch pedal(!) Apparantly the switch, when working correctly, cause the engine revs to die rapidly when the clutch pedal is pushed down and the throttle pedal released. This 'feature' could be tested on a correctly working car by driving along at eg 40mph, then slipping the car into neutral. If the throttle was then released, it would be seen that the engine revs would not immediately drop, however the moment the clutch pedal was dabbed (with the the car still in neutral) and the revs would drop to idle. Anyway the upshot of the Yeti issue. Is it possible you have your foot on the clutch pedal when you see this hesitation issue? Maybe there is a switch on the clutch pedal for a similar function to my X-type and it is faulty or needs adjustment?

2015 yeti Dash and radio clock are different times..
My understanding is that Mib 2 is simply the 'generation' (eg age range) of headunits and can be either Bolero, Amundsen or Columbus.

Dash and radio clock are different times
Well googling this issue on the volkswagen forums, it would seem that the problem is often cured by flashing a different version of software into one or more modules e.g. the dash cluster and/or the headunit.....

Wanting to buy a yeti
Looks like it has a sunroof, so after a shunt like that I guess it's even more likely to leak?

Xenon auto levelling headlight unit
IMHO I don't think it could be a fault with an axle sensor, as AFAIK there is only one sensor each at the front and rear, so if either was to be faulty both headlights would be similarly affected?

Strange beeping noise from front of car – any ideas?
The audio clip is from a different car (in Australia).

Strange beeping noise from front of car – any ideas?
Is your radio/audio sytem turned on? If so I wonder if you have inadvertantly enabled the tmc/ tp feature (traffic reports). Maybe your radio is beeping because it can't get a tmc signal, although I'm not sure if there is a TMC system in use in Australia? TMC has now been turned off in the UK much to the annoyance of many drivers.

Engine dies when horn used
Well, I have a similar dilemma with my Yeti. It too still has its original battery. The car will be eleven years old in November. It shows no signs yet of any weakness (I am firmly touching wood as I type this!) The Yeti was garaged overnight for a few years during the covid lockdowns but now stays outside again. Should I replace the battery regardless before Winter?

Parking sensors not working
Hi, Are your reversing lights working? If not the problem may be the reversing light switch or its associated wiring/ fuse.
