Hi Does anyone tow with the 1.4Tsi DSG, If so how do you get on, Mpg, Power etc and what size caravan do you pull. I have not towed for 20 years but it is something I may well take up again.

HI I am running a 2015 1.4 Tsi with DSG hatchback on Tesco 99 I have kept a record of milage (5025 to date since June) to petrol used not relying on the computer This is driving on economy mode approx. 90% of the time with 10% sport mode I have done mostly to work and back 20 miles a day on Nottinghams ringroad. I have done about 6 or 7 journey's on the motorway totalling about 1500 miles The average MPG is 44.27

Sounds Good to me and a more efficient fuel must mean less dirt

Petrol/Air mixture with an Higher Octane Ie 98 or 99 RON benefits the engine by being able to be compressed to a higher pressure before ignition, higher pressure more power, me thinks

Leave the Diesel's to the Farmers, Buy a Petrol!

I was wondering what mileage I could expect out of my 1.4tsi, and whose got the 1.4 tsi with the highest mileage on it, Mine has done 6000 whats yours Done!

It took me a month to find this feature and now I found this very useful to be able to select sport quickly ie overtaking then straight back to miser mode . LOL
