It's been nightmare..once in every week i was getting loss of pressure in rear-right tyre. I took the car to the tyre shop and they submerged the tyre in the water but couldn't find any leak..i reset everything (corrected pressure and reset from infoteinment) and again i got this warning pops up. but guess what i have already swapped the tyre with front right and the warning is coming from rear right again..so its false warning .Can anybody help me to fix this issue please

Those LED module left and LED module right are generating fault code now. They are Low beam light bulb overtemperature protection active. they are not getting deleted. I can see headlight's level just swing down and up when i press delete.

The range control error has been fixed by the garage guy. He did adaptation for the new sensor..Additional installation detected fault appeared because of fiddling with the option,adaptation, factory setting, basic settings etc..garage guys do not know how to fix it. At the moment if i fiddle with basic or factory settings headlamp range control error pops up again.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

To be honest, I don't feel any difference at all as my shocks and springs have been replaced. I also asked the guy if i need doing alignment . he said he didn't touch the part (forgot what he said the name of the part) that requires readjusting or alignment. So definitely, in my case i don't need definitely. Long ago i had citron C4 and i had to do alignment after shock replacement.

What's the procedure then?

I had to buy an original part (I know the part number now if anybody needs) (2nd hand) and replaced, still there was error on the dash. Headlight: Range Controle Error. One of the other local garage guy has managed to dilete the fault. but still there is one fault and Led Module Left,Led Module Right in orange. I think basic settings as i was fiddling with somehow enabled another function (Led Module Left,Led Module Right). Does anyone know how to delete or ignore this.

I drove the car very good tonight..no headlight beam focusing to upward even when i had few peoples at the back of the car. but that warning triangle "Error:headlight range control" is not getting deleted by obd11. Along with it there is another fault "Data bus front light" and in small print Additional installation detected. whenever i start the car that fault is in the dash. Can anyone help me please. I am getting frustrated.

I have tried to do basic headlamp settings and all of a sudden warning triangle with sound popped in to the dashboard saying headlight range controller faulty. I think screw fix is not working ..does anyone know the part number of this sensor?

Garage guy screwd through the broken link (green two parts in the upper picture). I don't know whether it will work or not or shall i buy a new sensor! to test the sensor he and myself sat at the back of the car, but didn't see headlight beam adjusting..anyway, wish me luck..I will drive few days and will see if the screw fix is working or not.

No luck with halfords autocenter..they checked alignments and they are perfect but they don't work for range leveller. N.B: hurrahhh..problem found..one if the youtube video helped me a lot..its rear passenger side sensor snapped. Now the guy is trying to fix

I checked your link and red the whole thread. The guy had to take the car to the garage to fix. I ran the OBD11 and tested LED output.. couldn't find anything suspicious there ..tomorrow or day after tomorrow, I'll try to check the rear sensor..once people sit on the rear of the car headlight level should go down to adjust the beam and it should work based on the rear sensor...probably that sensor could be faulty but again if it is faulty obd11 should pull it..every now and then OBD11 pulls up that my Air Car sensor faulty..so why not this important sensor!

It's 2017.. that's impossible...if there is any, it could be built in with headlight housing, i am guessing..i have never seen any sensors in my car.

My car has LED cront and back, that for sure..no headlight range leveller inside the car.. VIN is TMBBC7NE9J0155483. The garage guy said he never saw many cars with level sensors except bmw and lexus. (Probably he didn't work with too many cars?

Thanks once again. I am from mobile, can't see much. Well, as i am driving now, i can see the beam range is way too upward. It comes downward (not enough) when stationary though. So what can fix it! Shall i change rear two shocks to balance up the car height or get any garage for headlight alignment check..no idea who does this though.

Wow, that was nice of you checking my previous pics. I haven't had it in my mind about a rear sensors..i am regretting why did i not check when the car was put in ramp. He also replaced the rear coil springs of my car. What car is it yours? I seemed to find no sensors at all at the front side of the car..me and him both looked as far as we could without taking wheels and under tray off. But it sounds very strange as well, there is no button inside the car and if it meant to set the beam automatically then it needs sensors. Is their anybody with similar car can confirm me whether they have front sensors or not plz. I am going mad here.

I've brought the car to the same garage and me himself looked under the car..there is no sensors at all.. so, how to adjust the headlight range level? The garage guy showed me screw on top of the headlight housing where the range can be adjusted by the headlight alignment people..

Is your car with led front and back light? I am having headlight beam range problem now..don't know how and when it happened?

If it was the case (damaged sensor), then I shouldn't be seeing headlight auto adjusting during the first start of the car and also while stopping in the traffic,isn't it? But definitely headlight is no more adjusting based on the load in the rear of the car..tbh,i never paid attention before whether it was adjusting or not. Can i physically check the sensor and make the adjustment with obd11? Is it a simple job or i have to take it to the garage? Any idea, suggestion???

where exactly laveling sensors are located? As i turn the engine on i can see the headlight throws the beam and slowly adjusts it. the guy didn't take any light panel off. it was just the shocks he took off. does anyone know exactly where these headlight's light range leveller located for this car?

Hi, Since i had my front shocks and springs and rear springs changed recently, i can see headlight's beam is bit upward or may be it's just in my mind..but recently i noticed people r honking me and also giving me full beam while driving passing me on the very quiet road. When car is fully loaded i can see my headlight beam is focusing to the moon. Tthere is no labeler button inside for me to adjust as it is LED front and back. When i stop in the traffic, headlight beam gets slowly adjusted as i can see. Is my car not supposed to adjust the beam based on the load?So, why it is focusing to the sky when loaded. I ran the diagnose with the OBD11 but no error found. I checked the infoteinment system and driving style is set correctly..headlight expert plz advise me. thanks .

That's right. Make sure you get the right parts? It's really a big job for the garage people to replace shocks and coils. I got the Monroe and they have FIVE years gurantee. Now looking for the same make rear as well. I will change the rear shocks myself in a sunny warm day..thats next project.
