  1. I’m looking for one that has a dock with usb so I can use CarPlay haven’t found one yet.
  2. I was meaning the smaller one I bet they fit fine in that. Shame that’s all the cup holders gone..
  3. It will throw codes as well as invalidate your insurance as it’s a key safety system in your car same as airbags. I doubt you can find an insurance company that would take you on with it removed. Your best bet would probably be 2 separate bars and leave it installed.
  4. That’s the guy I meant lol my mistake I thought he had thrown that figure around. Credit though he’s spent a lot on that little car!
  5. The 1.6 tdi mk2 with uprated turbo. Obviously slightly different but overall still rated around the same figures.
  6. Mine is still going strong no issues at all. It has 14k miles and was mapped at 2k. There are a few guys on these boxes with 280bhp ish that are fine with an uprated clutch.
  7. I’m not 100% what box mine has it’s a 68 plate. My old a3 with the dq250 was mapped to 335nm and had 100k miles never had a problem. I think anything around the rating would be fine. Obviously faults will be more apparent with more power as well as clutch life depending on driving style.
  8. It’s the best colour! I’ve done suspension wheels and a remap on mine love it!
  9. Mine is the 6spd manual. Not had any problems with the extra torque so far. From what I have found the 6spd is rated at 250nm. I don’t launch it or anything so probably would have to be well above 300nm before any issues cropped up.
  10. I’ve had my 110 mapped to apparently 145. Not that that figure holds any weight as it’s untested. I’ve put 10k miles on it with no issues. Wasn’t going to wait for apr... It a hell of a lot faster tho definitely recommend it. In the end needed suspension wheels and tyres to go along with it so it wasn’t so boat like lol
  11. I’d definitely go for the 1.0 110 mine has been brilliant so far it’s mapped to 145bhp and does 60+mpg no problems over 13k miles.
  12. Only a cheap part if warranty doesn’t sort it.
  13. Wrong forum mate this is the fabia section. You can upgrade it plenty that will work.
  14. I have wider wheels on mine so not spacers but they are approx 20mm wider all round.
  15. As above no auto locking when you open doors. I have coded mine to auto lock once all doors are closed. Although not advised if you don’t have Kessy because you can lock your keys in.
  16. Just normal Tesco not found any difference in premium fuel tbh possibly +1mpg but not enough to pay for it. Just a local mobile remapper APR don’t have any maps for mine yet so waiting for that.
  17. This is my normal commute on the 1.0 mapped to 145. Tesco fuel.
  18. My 1.0 is the same setting of from cold seems surgy and a bit lumpy 20sec later it’s perfect. Done it from new on every start cold or warm weather.
  19. I think it sounds pretty good not far off the canton in our octy.
  20. I don’t think other than sound you will get any noticeable difference with an intake alone. I’ve got mine on 140bhp stage 1 with stock.
  21. I found the stock struts too soft for Edibach springs. They worked but not like I wanted so have since changed to stx coilovers.
  22. I think all the newer ones have gone to a much softer suspension. Never had a problem with Edibach springs before but on my 68 plate it was just toooo soft.
  23. The current tyres on 16 definitely give that floaty feeling. I always kept mine higher for economy but it is a stiffer ride. On 18s now and they make a huge difference cornering but obviously not as forgiving over bumps. Although surprising not too bad.
  24. Thanks! Taken a bit but loving the look! Drives like it’s on rails lol love the BMs surprised look when it rockets around corners haha
