Rear coil spring (1 blue 1 yellow) part number needed to replace on a 1Z5 2010 Mk2 Octavia Vrs Estate
I think you mean KYB RA7102 which is sold to replace OEM numbers 1K0511115BR and 1K0511115BS. The problem won't be the diameter of the spring.

Rear coil spring (1 blue 1 yellow) part number needed to replace on a 1Z5 2010 Mk2 Octavia Vrs Estate
Sachs claim 326mm for their 1K0511115BR replacement, so your old spring measurement of approximately 325mm is near enough spot on. New KYB RH7021 at 333mm is only 3mm more than Spidan/Suplex give for their 1K0511115BS and 1K0511115BT replacement, so again almost spot on. It doesn't look like the new springs are the problem, if the KYB that you have fitted is the same as the one you have measured.

Rear coil spring (1 blue 1 yellow) part number needed to replace on a 1Z5 2010 Mk2 Octavia Vrs Estate
1K0511115BS and 1K0511115BT rear springs should be similar to these specifications. Length 330mm Thickness 11.75mm Diameter 112mm Weight 1.85kg KYB RH7021 is sold to replace OEM number 1K0511115BT. However, In the KYB range I would have chosen KYB RA7102 because it is sold to replace OEM numbers 1K0511115BR and 1K0511115BS. There seems to be a problem though, because you should notice very little difference between these OEM part numbers.

Rear coil spring (1 blue 1 yellow) part number needed to replace on a 1Z5 2010 Mk2 Octavia Vrs Estate
KYB RH7021 are supposed to match 1K0511115BT which are very similar to 1K511115BR. Your coloured dots shows that you have 1K511115BR but some online catalogues suggest 1K511115BS or 1K511115BT. Can you measure the KYB RH7021 that you haven't fitted to see if it is even close to the specification that these OEM numbers should have? Sometimes sellers put the wrong spring in the box, so maybe that is the case and it's not actually 1K0511115BT. Winter Tyre’s and Alloys
The Octavia MK2 RS models use 312mm diameter front brake discs, which means that 16" rims will clear the front brake calipers. http://www.oemepc.com/skoda/parts_lst/markt/CZ/modell/OCT/year/2012/hg/6/catalog/sk/drive_standart/663/lang/e However, 205/55R16 tyres fitted to 6.5Jx16 ET50 rims is one of the standard tyre and rim options on the Octavia MK2, not 7Jx16 ET45. Although you could use them, a 7J rim is the same rim width as used by the 225/45R17 tyres fitted to 7Jx17 ET54 rims. Some may like the sporty handling of the stretched sidewalls, but it does make the ride harder and leaves the alloy rims more exposed to kerbing damage. 7Jx17 ET54 RS Alloy Rims http://www.oemepc.com/skoda/part_single/catalog/sk/markt/CZ/modell/OCT/year/2012/drive_standart/663/hg_ug/601/subcategory/601070/part_id/2543668/lang/e Notice below, that the Superb MK2 also had a 7Jx16 ET45 rim option together with a 6Jx16 ET50 rim option. The 6Jx16 ET50 was to allow for snow chains. Rather than 7Jx16 ET45 rims, I would choose 6Jx16 ET50 rims to maximize comfort and reduce the risk of kerbing damage to the rims. So similar to the standard Octavia MK2 6.5Jx16 ET50 rims, but 0.5" narrower. After all, the 225/45R17 fitted to 7Jx17 ET54 rims are also narrow relative to the tyre's width. Considering a kodiaq with high mileage
Of course I won't be suggesting fitting 15" steel wheels to the Kodiaq. 215/65R17, 235/55R18, or 235/50R19 should provide the necessary cushioning. Just avoid those extreme 20" wheels.

Considering a kodiaq with high mileage
The 7 seater Kodiaq with factory fitted towbar had such hard rear springs that it could have given the car a bad reputation for having a poor ride. I'm not surprised someone at Skoda UK decided not to bring that particular model into the UK.
-
Considering a kodiaq with high mileage
The rear springs are a lot harder on the 7 seater Kodiaq than the 5 seater Kodiaq. So when lightly loaded, the ride comfort may come as an unwelcome and hard surprise. It's a bit like when you travel on a double decker bus. When it's almost empty the ride is too hard. But when it's packed full of passengers the ride becomes nice and comfy. The rear springs on the 5 seater Kodiaq weigh about 2.60kg each. https://web.tecalliance.net/gkn/en/parts/1/87905/detail?targetType=cars&targetId=123427&typeNumber=123427&groups=188#@brc/brands:Car;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn/assem:SKODA%20KODIAQ%20(NS7%2C%20NV7)%202.0%20TDI%204x4;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427/lnkparts:Coil%20Springs;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn;assemblyGroupId:100113;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427;groups:188;brands:1;pf:2;page:0/detail:87905;brandId:1;articleNo:87905;mandator:gkn;targetType:cars;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427;groups:188 The rear springs on the 7 seater Kodiaq weigh about 2.85kg each. https://web.tecalliance.net/gkn/en/parts/1/87996/detail?targetType=cars&targetId=123427&typeNumber=123427&groups=188#@brc/brands:Car;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn/assem:SKODA%20KODIAQ%20(NS7%2C%20NV7)%202.0%20TDI%204x4;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427/lnkparts:Coil%20Springs;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn;assemblyGroupId:100113;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427;groups:188;brands:1;pf:2;page:0/detail:87996;brandId:1;articleNo:87996;mandator:gkn;targetType:cars;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427;groups:188 The rear springs on the 7 seater Kodiaq with factory fitted towbar weight about 3.00kg each. https://web.tecalliance.net/gkn/en/parts/1/87998/detail?targetType=cars&targetId=123427&typeNumber=123427&groups=188#@brc/brands:Car;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn/assem:SKODA%20KODIAQ%20(NS7%2C%20NV7)%202.0%20TDI%204x4;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427/lnkparts:Coil%20Springs;targetType:cars;mandator:gkn;assemblyGroupId:100113;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427;groups:188;brands:1;pf:2;page:0/detail:87998;brandId:1;articleNo:87998;mandator:gkn;targetType:cars;targetId:123427;typeNumber:123427;groups:188

A 17,18,19 wheel size video. So that is wheel and tyres. Not about All Season / All Weather / Winter tyres & wheels.
What would be far more relevant to UK driving conditions is a test using the Skoda Octavia 1.0TSI (standard suspension, not lowered) on Goodyear G3 all-season tyres with temperatures just above and below freezing (including cold rain, snow and ice) on the following tyre and rim sizes: 195/65R15 6Jx15 ET43 205/55R16 6.5Jx16 ET46 225/45R17 7Jx17 ET49 Most drivers don't have a problem with their tyres grip on warm days. It's when the mercury drops below 10 degrees Centigrade and there's rain/snow/ice that things get difficult. It's also when those Ultra High Performance summer tyres become Ultra Low Performance winter tyres.

Karoq 1.5 SE L Tyres
Turanzas are summer tyres. They don't work very well in cold, wet, and greasy road conditions. You need tyres with the 3PMSF symbol. These have good traction in snow but also work well in the aforementioned road conditions. Going to a wider tyre won't help in these conditions. It's about having the right type of tyre not so much the width. The Karoq doesn't come with less than 215mm width as standard, so that's plenty wide enough. In fact going too wide can sometimes reduce your grip in difficult road conditions. 215/50R18 is an expensive size, with tyres often costing around £150 each. It's also far less comfortable than the 215/60R16 size . You can get new Alcar 6Jx16 ET43 5/112 57.1 steel rims for about £40 each, so changing down to the 16" size would soon pay for itself. https://www.blackcircles.com/catalogue/michelin/crossclimate-plus/215/60/R16/V/99/m?tyre=36107244 Skoda Karoq 2020 1.5 TSi – Generation: 2017 .. 2021 – Power: 148 hp | 110 kW | 150 PS – Engine: DADA, I4, Petrol – Options: SE, SE L, Ambition, Executive, Style, SportLine – Center Bore: 57.1 mm – Wheel Fasteners: Lug bolts – Torque: 140 Nm – Thread Size: M14 x 1.5 – Trim Production: [2017 .. 2020] Tire Rim PCD 215/60R16 95V 6Jx16 ET43 5x112 2.2 215/55R17 94V 7Jx17 ET45 5x112 2.2 215/50R18 92V 7Jx18 ET45 5x112 2.4 https://www.wheel-size.com/size/skoda/karoq/2020/

Changing to 18" wheels on 1.4TSI Sportline.
There's no need to limit yourself to 17" or 18", when 16" will be the most comfy. Notice also, that the 215/60R16 option is using 0.5" narrower rims than the 215/55R17 option...which also helps comfort. 215/60R16 has a load index of 95 (690kg) @ 44psi, whereas 235/40R19 has a load index of 92 (630kg) @ 44psi which means that the 215/60R16 tyre size can use about 3psi less tyre pressure than the 235/40R19 option. Maximum Tyre Size
I would suggest going from the standard 215/60R16 to 215/65R16. 215/65R16 is a common SUV/4x4 size, so there's a lot more choice and being common it's less expensive. Here are some links: https://www.nokiantyres.com/tyres/by-tire-size/summer-tires/?s=215-65-16 https://www.camskill.co.uk/m64b0s260p145287/Bridgestone_Tyres_SUV_4x4_Bridgestone_AT001_Dueler_Bridgestone_AT_001_-_215_65_R16_98T_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_E_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_72dB https://www.camskill.co.uk/m64b0s260p134941/Nokian_Tyres_SUV_4x4_Nokian_Rotiiva_AT_-_215_65_R16_102T_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_C_Wet_Grip%3A_E_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_72dB https://www.camskill.co.uk/m64b0s260p148189/Yokohama_Tyres_SUV_4x4_Yokohama_G015_Geolander_AT_Yokohama_G_015_-_215_65_R16_98H_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_F_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_70dB If you fit 215/65R16, use 6J or 6.5J rims such as the 6Jx16 ET43 from the later Karoq. The 7Jx16 ET45 wide rim on the Yeti is too wide for an SUV, as Skoda now acknowledge with the change to a narrower rim size on the Karoq. Going for a tyre that's good in the mud will severely compromise the tyre's road performance. If you drive in the snow, always make sure the tyre has the 3PMSF symbol, as this means that it's passed a test for traction in the snow. It also means that the tyre is winter rated, even if it's not marketed as a pure winter tyre.

Which aluminium rim dimensions will fit?
If you want to experiment, you might want to try 185/60R14 fitted to your current 5Jx14 ET35 rims. Then afterwards, you could try fitting them to wider 6Jx14 ET37 or ET38 rims. The wider rims would sharpen the steering feel because the rim won't move about so much inside the tyre while cornering. The downside though to fitting tyres to wider rims, is that it makes the ride harder. So it's a balance only you can decide. One driver on here was surprised at how good the handling was when they went down from a 225/50R17 tyre on a 7J rim to a 215/60R16 tyre on a 7J rim. It didn't surprise me, as a 215/60R16 tyre on a relatively wide 7J rim is still a high performance combination. However, I would have fitted the 215/60 size to a narrower 6J or 6.5J rim for the extra comfort.

Recommendations for 235/50/18...?
235/50R18 isn't a Skoda size. Kodiaq uses 235/55R18 as does the latest Tiguan. Michelin CrossClimates are available in both these sizes.

Rear coil spring information / specifications request
The first thing to do is make sure you know the OEM part number of the rear springs that you have on the car. You have a 2008 Superb MK2 hatchback. But what engine? Automatic or manual gearbox? Is it a greenline model (which would usually mean 15mm lowered springs)? Did it have a factory fitted towbar (which would usually mean stiffer rear springs)? Is it 2WD or 4WD?

Which aluminium rim dimensions will fit?
It sounds like your current tyre size is 165/70R14 as not only does that size have an outside diameter of 23.1 inches, but it is the standard tyre size for the 5Jx14 ET35 rim. Tyres that have an outside diameter of just under 25 inches include 195/65R15 and 205/55R16. Neither of these two tyre sizes will fit the Fabia MK1. The outside diameter is too big. You will notice in the chart below that 175/65R14 tyres fitted to 5.5J rims and 185/55R15 tyres fitted to 6J rims are listed as possible alternative sizes. These two tyre sizes form a group of three. The other being 195/45R16 fitted to a 6.5J rim. This low profile tyre shouldn't even be legal, as the jarring you will get through your spine could cause long term health problems. Also, expect any passengers to complain about the very hard and uncomfortable ride. 6.5Jx16 ET42 5/100 57.1 is a common rim size that has been fitted to various VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda group cars including the Golf MK4 and will also fit the Fabia. 6.5Jx16 ET42 5/100 57.1 Steel Rims https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/golf+variant+4motion/golf/2002-266/6/601-601010/ 6.5Jx16 ET42 5/100 57.1 Alloy Rims https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/golf+variant+4motion/golf/2002-266/6/601-601055/ Skoda Fabia 2005 1.2i 12V – Generation: Mk1 6Y [1999 .. 2007] [EUDM] – Power: 63 hp | 47 kW | 64 PS – Engine: I3, Petrol – Center Bore: 57.1 mm – Wheel Fasteners: Lug bolts – Thread Size: M14 x 1.5 – Trim Production: [2003 .. 2007] Tire Rim PCD 165/70R14 81T 5Jx14 ET35 5x100 2.4 185/60R14 81T 6Jx14 ET37 5x100 2.3 / 2.4 195/50R15 81T 6Jx15 ET43 5x100 2.2 / 2.3 175/65R14 81T 5.5Jx14 ET38 5x100 2.3 / 2.4 185/55R15 81T 6Jx15 ET43 5x100 2.2 / 2.3 195/50R15 82H 6Jx15 ET43 5x100 2.2 / 2.3 https://www.wheel-size.com/size/skoda/fabia/2005/

Which aluminium rim dimensions will fit?
Fitting heavy oversize 16" wheels that increase the unsprung weight and raise the centre of gravity won't help the handling. 16" tyres are also expensive, so if you try and economise by buying cheap 16" tyres that won't help the handling either. On an old Fabia, you might be better off fitting new good quality shock absorbers. The original Mazda MX5 used 185/60R14 tyres and for good reason. Which aluminium rim dimensions will fit?
5Jx14 ET35 rims with 185/65R14 tyres is a good choice for comfort. Even going to 15" rims would reduce the ride comfort unless you fit oversize tyres such as 185/65R15 or 195/60R15. 195/55R15 might be a good compromise and at least keeps the gearing close to standard. If you want bigger wheels, it's best to get a bigger car such as the Octavia. That will take 16" wheels without spoiling the ride as the outside diameter of the tyres is over 1" bigger.
