Superb III Estate - Ride Height
I suspect your rear springs have OEM part number 3Q0511115AK. These have a coil spring diameter/thickness of 12.25mm. It's worth measuring your current rear springs to see if they match this diameter using digital calipers. The 12.25mm diameter is without paint, so deduct about 0.1mm from the reading that you get to account for the paint thickness on the spring. The next OEM part number in the hierarchy, is 3Q0511115AL. This has a 12.5mm coil spring diameter/thickness. You could fit this even if you're not sure what your current rear springs are. This OEM number is used on cars such as the VW Passat Estate. The unladen ride height will be the same as the softer rear spring, but won't compress so much when weight is added to the car. It sounds like your current rear springs are starting to sag, so even new versions of the current rear springs would help, but the VW Passat Estate rear springs should be firm enough. Charger to use for 2015 Octavia Elegance TDI 1968 CC Diesel Auto with Stop/Start
It's important not to overcharge a battery, as this will ruin it permanently. Therefore, I usually just top up a little and check the voltage. When I'm up to 12.2V to 12.3V measured through the cigarette lighter socket (without any lights turned on or other heavy electrical drain...as this will lower the voltage so you won't get an accurate voltage reading), I stop charging and let the engine's alternator finish off the charge when I take the car for a run. Ring RCB4 Car Battery Charger (4A charge rate) £17.99 on amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ring-RCB4-Essentials-Battery-Charger/dp/B00KQHVBZ0/ref=sr_1_67?dchild=1&keywords=car+battery+charger&qid=1613164870&quartzVehicle=29-405&replacementKeywords=car+battery&sr=8-67 Ring RCB104 Car Battery Charger (4A charge rate) £20.72 on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ring-RCB104-12v-4-Amp-50Ah-Up-To-1-2L-Engine-Car-Motorcycle-Bike-Battery-Charger/200542843234?epid=4017010081&hash=item2eb148f162%3Ag%3AJ8YAAOxyA9dSUVPV&LH_ItemCondition=3 Ring's website https://www.ringautomotive.com/en/battery-care It's important to be aware of your car battery's capacity. If it's 60Ah then a 4A charger would fully charge it in 15 hours if it was completely flat. If it's 80Ah then a 4A charger would fully charge it in 20 hours if it was completely flat. Notice that to get the charging time, you divide the battery capacity by the charging rate, ie. 60Ah divided by 4A = 15 hours. However, it probably won't be completely flat (it may just be a little low) in which case a 5 hour charge would add 5 hour x 4A = 20Ah of charge to the battery. Don't try fully charging an AGM battery with the cheap Ring battery chargers above, because these Ring chargers will probably be for old fashioned non-AGM batteries (ie. sealed lead acid). However, you could use it for about 5 hours to top up a battery by about 20Ah. Let's say your 60Ah or 80Ah battery is low and only has 20Ah of capacity remaining. Adding 20Ah of charge will bring the capacity up to 40Ah. You can then let the car's alternator/charging system finish it off when you go for a run. It's probably not a good idea to use an automatic battery charger connected through the cigarette lighter socket, as the voltage of the battery is higher than the reading you will get through the cigarette lighter socket. If you use an automatic battery charger, it's probably best to disconnect at least the negative terminal on the battery. This allows the automatic battery charger to get an accurate reading of the battery voltage. Because of this need to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery before using an automatic battery charger, I just top up a little...and let the car's charging system finish the job when you go for a run. This prevents the battery from being permanently damaged by being over-charged.

Superb III Estate - Ride Height
What model is your 2016 Superb MK3 estate? ie. 2WD or 4WD, manual or automatic gearbox, 2.0TDi 150HP engine, etc. What is the OEM part number of your rear springs? If you have build codes PR-1JA+0YC then your rear springs will have OEM part number 3Q0511115AK If you have build codes PR-1JA+0YD then your rear springs will have OEM part number 3Q0511115AL The link below shows rear springs for the VW Passat 2015 onwards, but the Skoda Superb MK3 will use many of the same rear springs. http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/PA/year/2016/drive_standart/793/hg_ug/511/subcategory/511000/part_id/0/lang/e The link above doesn't show the coloured dots, so even if you know what coloured dots are on your rear springs, that doesn't help identify the OEM part number...as would normally be the case.

2000 1.9 sdi fabia not charging
Check both batteries disconnected from the car. What voltage do they both read 12 hours after you have charged them up? (You need to wait 12 hours to check for a bad cell, as the voltage will drop rapidly in a bad cell after 12 hours from when it was charged). Do they have between 12.4V and 12.7V 12 hours after you have charged them up? What Ah rating do they have? What CCA rating do they have? Varta recommend one of these two batteries for the Skoda Fabia MK1 1.9SDi https://www.varta-automotive.com/en-gb/battery-finder?type=pc&year=2000&make=106&model=4383&engine=13364&etn=577+400+078|574+012+068|&rec_etn=574+012+068|&ss_etn=&literal_search={"type"%3A"Passenger+Car"%2C"year"%3A"2000"%2C"make"%3A"SKODA"%2C"model"%3A"FABIA+I+(6Y2)"%2C"engine"%3A"1.9+SDI+(47+kW+%2F+64+PS)"} You can see that they are both have dimensions of Width 175mm, Height 190mm, Length 278mm. These are big batteries. The silver one has a 77Ah capacity, and a CCA 780A rating. The 780A rating is an important rating, as this is the amount of current that the battery is able to supply. Your two old batteries might not be able to supply anywhere near 780Amps. 780A is almost 15% more than 680A, which is what the lower rated blue version is.

First thing I would do, is check the battery to see if one of the cells has gone bad. You may need a new battery. How old is the battery? The fact that you can start the engine with a jump start would suggest that it's the battery.

Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
That looks like a very good graph. 180HP from 1.2litre, is 150HP/litre. The graph is showing over 170HP from 4500rpm to 6000rpm, and over 150HP from 4000rpm to 6500rpm. Even a 245HP 2.0litre vRS petrol engine from the Octavia MK3 only remaps to just over 150HP/litre. You are now on a point of rapidly diminishing returns. I expect the top speed is now over 140mph. It will be interesting to see if you can get 170HP/litre, ie. 204HP out of the 1.2 engine, or 160HP/litre, ie. 192HP.

Fabia 1 Vrs factory alloys wanted
Fabia MK1 130HP RS Alloy Rim 6Y0601025M 6.5JX16 ET37 http://www.oemepc.com/skoda/part_single/catalog/sk/markt/CZ/modell/FAB/year/2005/drive_standart/453/hg_ug/601/subcategory/601060/part_id/2543668/lang/e These rims often come up secondhand on ebay in rather scratched/kerbed condition for about £75 each. 195/45R16 and 205/45R16 are not the best winter tyre sizes for the Fabia. They are expensive sizes, give a hard ride, and narrower tyres such as 185/60R15 will work better in the snow and ice. Alcar 7415 Steel Rim 6Jx15 ET29 5/100 57.1 (originally fitted to the Audi A1) https://www.autodoc.co.uk/alcar/14750602 autodoc normally sell the Alcar 7415 for about £30, but as you can see from the link above they are not in stock at the moment.

Looking to improve grip & handling of 2.0 TSI 220 PS
You were hitting the bump stops with just one passenger before you cut the bump stops? If so, I wonder if fitting Bilstein B8 shock absorbers would have helped stop the suspension bottoming out (without cutting the bump stops) with the Eibach Pro-Kit with it 30-35mm drop?

Spare Wheel 16 inch
The Octavia MK2 6.5Jx16 ET50 rim with 205/55R16 tyre can be used as a spare instead of the standard Octavia MK3 6.5Jx16 ET46 rim with 205/55R16 tyre. ET50 moves the centre of the rim 4mm towards the centre of the car compared to an ET46 rim. It's a lot better than using a space saver.

Maximum Tyre Size
I used google translator so that VadimSK was better able to understand my answer. Here is the English version of my reply. "The 215/65R16 would also be a good oversized choice, perhaps fitted to 6.5Jx16 ET43 rims from the Skoda Karoq. There are good AT (All-Terrain) tires in this size that will help you tow a caravan in muddy fields."

Octavia Scout Mk3 Rear Suspension
Having the softest of the three different rear springs makes the problem very easy to solve. You may find that just fitting a new 5Q0511115AL would improve things if the original spring has started to sag, so maybe consider the middle 5Q0511115AM spring, but if you feel that you need more than a small increase in stiffness then the hardest spring would be the one to go for. I've looked at the actual photos of all three springs on the gknautomotive website, and they all have about 8.5 coil turns and about the same uncompressed length. This makes it easy to do some maths to get a good idea of how much stiffer the medium and hard spring is compared to the softest spring. The medium spring is about 4% stiffer than the softest spring, and the hardest spring is about 8% stiffer than the softest spring. So maybe your choice of the hardest rear spring would suit you best. 5Q0511115AL https://web.tecalliance.net/gkn/en/parts/1/87730/detail?query=5Q0511115AL&numberType=1&oe=5Q0511115AL&groups=188#@brc/search:Search%20by%20any%20number%205Q0511115AL;mandator:gkn;query:5Q0511115AL;groups:188;brands:1;pf:2;page:0/detail:87730;brandId:1;articleNo:87730;mandator:gkn;query:5Q0511115AL;numberType:1;oe:5Q0511115AL;groups:188 5Q0511115AM https://web.tecalliance.net/gkn/en/parts/1/87970/detail?query=5Q0511115AM&numberType=1&oe=5Q0511115AM&groups=188#@brc/search:Search%20by%20any%20number%205Q0511115AM;mandator:gkn;query:5Q0511115AM;groups:188;brands:1;pf:2;page:0/detail:87970;brandId:1;articleNo:87970;mandator:gkn;query:5Q0511115AM;numberType:1;oe:5Q0511115AM;groups:188 5Q0511115AN https://web.tecalliance.net/gkn/en/parts/1/87971/detail?query=5Q0511115AN&numberType=1&oe=5Q0511115AN&groups=188#@brc/search:Search%20by%20any%20number%205Q0511115AN;mandator:gkn;query:5Q0511115AN;groups:188;brands:1;pf:2;page:0/detail:87971;brandId:1;articleNo:87971;mandator:gkn;query:5Q0511115AN;numberType:1;oe:5Q0511115AN;groups:188 Sachs 992103 matches OEM part number 5Q0511115AN https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/5q0511115an?search=OEN+5Q0511115AN&supplier[0]=32 superbcarparts on ebay quoted me £100 for two Sachs 992102 rear springs that match OEM part number 5Q0511115AM so I expect they would also do the Sachs 992103 for a similar/same price.
