  1. @AndyNT3 welcome to the Steel Grey club!
  2. I don't have the virtual pedal but I have electrically operated cover. But I'm not from the UK.
  3. You can set in settings for cover to automatically retract halfway when boot lid is opened. I think this could be what they mean by "electrically operated".
  4. It was done by a coding specialist here in Slovenia. I think you even don't need a SFD token to change this.
  5. Yes, with DSG it behaves differently. With the manual you have a partial control over the SS system with having the clutch engaged all the time. With DSG you don't have any control over the SS system and the angine stops as soon as car stops no matter where or when.
  6. Yes, if you have electric seats. El. seats are not a part of standard trim in all countries.
  7. And I don't understand how some people can like it. Different people different likings and different driving styles. I know for myself I feel safer on the roads knowing car will not turn off by itself.
  8. You need to have the hood open, otherwise you won't be able to change anything with the coding.
  9. But it looks like the matts with grey logo are suitable for eTec models. You can contact Kopacek (ex Superskoda) and ask them. http://www.kopacek.com/Skoda/OCTAVIA-IV/Octavia-IV-floor-mats-RUBBER-heavy-duty-original-Skoda-Autoas-product-LHD
  10. Looks like your dealer is right.
  11. I also get only the welcome username screen.
  12. @Gax is the S-Pin intendent to be entered each time when you turn on the car?
  13. Could be the S-pin the difference here? I think I did use the S-pin when I first logged in in the car. Do you know how can I check?
  14. I also have this setting set to full data sharing and I never get this message. I got it once or twice when there were issues with car's internet connection a few months back. Other than that I never get it.
  15. Sounds quite nice! But that turbo whistle? Is this real?
  16. I'm sure you have a cop or two in the Netherlands who can hold your phone when you do a drive by.
  17. Hi, As far as I know offset is not the same. Mk4 has offset 48 for 18 and 19" wheels and Mk3 has 51.
  18. They do look quite nice. I use them through the winter. Unfortunately I don't have any better pic. In Slovenia they cost around 15 EUR for a pair. Installation is quite easy. I manage to install all 4 without removing the tires.
  19. A friend just ordered a VRS TDI today and delivery date was set to April 2022.
  20. Do you need an extra homologation for aftermarket parts which are already TUV approved? TUV certification is not enough?
  21. Something new is coming! By Remus! Sounds quite nice I must say! https://www.facebook.com/RemusSportExhaust/videos/805905713434782
