Moisture in high level brake light Kamiq Monte Carlo
I had this with mine. I ended up paying for it to be replaced at a Skoda garage because I thought I'd damaged it somehow. I didn't attempt it myself as it requires most of the boot to be taken apart (including the side spoilers that are attached to the glass with adhesive) However, it's happening again and as my car is still under warranty I'm going to try for that as it would seem to be a design defect. LED lights are supposedly covered https://www.skoda.co.uk/_doc/46df90c7-03bd-4018-be8d-a502e090781c o Light bulbs (Xenon/gas discharge bulbs and LED’s are covered for the full warranty offered with the vehicle)

January 2021 Registered Kamiq - MY20 or MY21?
Just to point out that as far as I know, SE L has always needed the cost upgrade for dynamic front indicators. It has been the Monte Carlo trim that got them as standard.

Hidden Speed limiter feature? - temporary override
First one. You have to click the button under the pedal. Just pushing to the floor without doing that doesn't do anything if the limiter is active, by design. On an auto box it's normally for kick down I believe and didn't think it did anything on a manual till l found this.

Hidden Speed limiter feature? - temporary override
I've checked both a copy of the Pdf manual I downloaded when I got the car and the current digital version https://digital-manual.skoda-auto.com/w/en_GB/show/ccd1bf8996b1bf0d167277a4b86b92e0_7_en_GB?ct=5fe1e5d454da6fd6ac14452578437b49_1_en_GB For Speed limiter there's nothing mentioned about a temporary override so interested in where you've seen it

Hidden Speed limiter feature? - temporary override
No, I mean specifically the speed limiter you have to activate instead of the cruise control default. So if you're at the set speed limit, you can press the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor and your speed stays the same, until you click the button when the override happens.

Hidden Speed limiter feature? - temporary override
Not sure if this is know about as I couldn't see it in the manual or through a Web search. I recently discovered that (in a manual car at least), if you push the accelerator pedal to the floor and activate the button under it, it'll temporarily override the setting on the speed limiter. It'll stay that way until the speed drops below the limit you've set, when the limiter reactivates. You can do this repeatedly.

Skoda Kamiq Facelift
Sensors and camera available but are part of the convenience pack I think. Heated seats are part of the winter pack.

Removing centre air vent on front passenger side
It doesn't look easy. Instructions are in this workshop manual on page 90 (Section 3.4.1) https://cardiagn.com/skoda-kamiq-nw4-wm-body-repairs-interior/

New Kamiq, Help needed to add user name at startup?
Just had a look on my screen. There's a new user option on the middle tab and if you pick new user it prompts to login using a Skoda ID

Third brake light replacement
The third brake light on my car needs replacing after some damage. Before getting a Skoda garage to do it I'd thought I'd see about doing it myself. I can find online replacements for the unit but no instructions on how to do it. Anyone any ideas?

Automatic Central Locking When Moving
Looks like it's been removed as an option. On older models there is also this option in there https://digital-manual.skoda-auto.com/w/en_GB/show/2b5dc07810ea509292649d3f7fdce4e2_13_en_GB?ct=2b5dc07810ea509292649d3f7fdce4e2_13_en_GB Automatic locking after starting All doors and the boot lid are locked when a speed of 15 km/h is reached. Unlocking of the vehicle takes place when opening a door from the inside or when removing the key from the ignition. It shows up in the manual up to the 06/2022 version but then isn't there in the 11/2022 revision.

Satnav update...Where is.....
Although I've got Skoda Connect my map date was a bit behind. Driving around with the maps on a USB did get it caught up so now the OTA update keeps it updated. But the USB files didn't load in one update on mine.

Satnav update...Where is.....
For my VIN I get a ZIP download option, which can be loaded to USB. It'll then update as your drive - but this only appears after I make sure I 'search' for my VIN. https://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/Download/Map-updates-mib3.pdf

Aerial with panoramic roof
So I've only recently realised that as I've got a panoramic roof, I don't have the 'shark fin' radio aerial too. I can't for the life of me work out where it is instead. Anyone know?

Rotary control in glovebox
And unfortunately it was one of the first things to be deleted from the launch spec along with the removable boot light . I don't have it in mine which was registered in November 2020.

Web Radio on Amundsen - never streams
Ever since I got my Kamiq in Jan '21, I've struggled to get the web radio working. I've got active subscriptions for the connected services so it should work and I can use wireless Android Auto without a problem. I've tried turning the option off and on in the settings along with deactivating and reactivating the eSIM and none of that seems to prompt it to work. The car receives software and app updates OK and the remote connected features work too - it's just the web radio that doesn't It's randomly worked once through the built in options and managed to show a station list and load a podcast from Radio 4. But as soon as I finished that trip it went back to a spinning wheel on the blank station list and now shows the half loaded podcast but still fails to load that too. Anyone got it working consistently?

Cleaning the white bits on the seats
I've got a UK spec SE L including the white / grey fabric on the seats. I need to clean this fabric to try and get a small blood stain out but have no idea what to use as my previous car had pretty forgiving dark fabric and leather. Any recommendations on what to do or what not do to please! It looks very easy to get wrong and damage it.

Android Auto Maps in dash display
On the dials? No. Here's the information from the PDF manual I got before Skoda seems to have stopped making them available online

Android Auto Maps in dash display
Yes you can. For the dials view I've got range on the left dial and route guidance on the right You can set it through the Infotainment: https://digital-manual.skoda-auto.com/w/en_GB/show/bba16491e67d9dc70adf42c7069a8cfb_6_en_GB?ct=bba16491e67d9dc70adf42c7069a8cfb_6_en_GB#titled280144041e33161 Instructions are in the section 'Setting the pre-selection option for the display of additional information'

Android Auto Maps in dash display
You can add the details from the green panel turn instructions in the the dials through the dashboard options. It's one of the alternatives in the same way fuel range or media details are. However full maps in the instrument display is not part of Android Auto yet. It is in development but it won't be an existing car upgrade as far as can see https://9to5google.com/2021/05/18/android-auto-instrument-cluster/

About to press the button on a Kamiq order
That is my assumption. For some of it I get i.e. Blind Spot monitoring being moved to a cost extra will reduce the demand for it. But for something like the rains sensing I don't - unless they're having to use a different camera system which isn't compatible.

About to press the button on a Kamiq order
The torch got deleted in 2020 as mine get doesn't have it along with missing the cooled glove box which seems to have gone across the Skoda range. For the SE L in 2021 at least it's lost features like Blind Spot monitoring as standard in addition to what you've said about the wipers and mirror, but for some reason has gained the ambient lighting.
