  1. Is there another filter for the aircare part of the system then?
  2. Does the pollen filter only work when air care is switched on?
  3. The sat nav should help with determining what the best use of the battery is, but only if you set your destination. It will always start in battery mode and you always have to change to normal mode physically by yourself. This is because the software is crap and not fit for purpose. Or maybe because of diesel gate the car always needs to start in electric to meet the emissions requirements.
  4. Do you feel you were mis sold on your mk4 regarding the infotainment system faults etc when you bought/ordered your car. ie Škoda knew they were selling cars that had faults. yes or no answers only
  5. Condensation is probably the correct term 👍 Only had oil changed last month as it had done 10k so Haven’t checked it since then. I’ll do this tomorrow
  6. Car ran out of battery today so journey home was on mostly ICE. When I got home and opened the boot I noticed an oil burning smell like my old RX8 did. There was a good plume of steam coming from the exhaust which carried on for a few minutes. was this just the system cleaning itself? I did a 200 mile trip last weekend so it’s not like the ICE hadn’t had a good run. .
  7. just had this pop up
  8. It was 2.5 so a 19.5 difference
  9. It was cold, only had heating on to 22 and lights on, that’s all.
  10. Had a strange one tonight, jumped in car pushed start, put in D and pulled away slowly and the ICE started. The car was in E mode and I had plenty of battery so why did it start.?
  11. My round trip to work and back is 32 miles. 14 of those miles are dual and I do 70mph min for those 14 miles. then the rest is 40mph. I usually run out of electricity 2 miles from home. yes u can get the car to warm up and defrost windows while plugged in, you can also tell it to use the batteries if you want.
  12. What does you system information say your software and device part numbers are?
  13. Does anyone actually have a sat nav that remembers their favourites, road speed always shown on map, Air care that stays on.
  14. That happened to me today after they had finished with the car. I had to have them look at it again. I know they got the laptop out to sort it.
  15. Mine went in for a software up date today, went in and came out with the same number. Apparently it’s got the latest, so sat nav still not fixed.
  16. Finally got my roof bars and box on. Bars are Farad wing bars and so far seem good. Ended up with a Halfords roof box as “ The Roof box” Company let me down with delivery before my trip.
  17. I think it will only let you use AUX heater while the car is plugged in or by the batteries only. You can tell it not to use the batteries so guess it will only work while plugged in. I don’t think it’ll let you use the ICE because you’ll be leaving an unattended engine running and that’s not allowed in the UK
  18. David did you get these? What are they like if you did?
  19. The only time I find it won’t switch back to E mode is when the ICE has started because I’ve put the car in hybrid mode and is still warming up. After about 5 mins I can switch back to E mode.
  20. Does anyone else have their accelerator pedal clunk when pressed fully down? The car didn’t seam to have the same pull over the last few days so I pressed a bit harder on the pedal and I noticed the pedal went a but further and with a clunk at the same time. I tried this while in E mode only and as soon as it clunked the ICE kicked in so I’m guessing it’s an overdrive thing. IMG_0345.mov
  21. My car didn’t come with wireless charging so just tried an IKEA wireless charging plate. It fits perfectly, just needs a very short usb-c to usb-c lead to tidy it up.
  22. Just turn the ignition on without pressing the clutch/brake pedal. Don’t think you can stop the lights going to auto.
  23. Open passenger door and use the key in the switch marked air bag.
