2.0 TSI Engine Covers.
Hold the phone! Blimey.

Lack of power
Unlikely in my opinion. Did this start with a sudden change or has it been a gradual worsening from normal?

2.0 TSI Engine Covers.
That's progress then. I've been waiting 4 months for the dealer to get a piece of replacement external trim with not even any excuses. I bet it ends up quicker to have anew car built. 😒 Should count myself lucky however. Daughter in law's Disco Sport has been off the road for months and months waiting on two new turbos under warranty. Wonder if they fixed the oiling problem, first? See you next month for another two! 😉

2.0 TSI Engine Covers.
As part of the ongoing saga, I understand there is also now a 06Q103925N version which I've read is spec'ed for 180kW and above 2.0TSI engines. I guess VRS owners will sleep happy knowing this. 😉

Dash air vent
As a very belated follow up to this, the buzzing from the left centre vent is back worse than every. The other vents are all silent, so there must be something defective with this one. Not surprisingly, my dealer can't hear anything wrong...

Dampness in the Passenger Footwell
Lack of gas due to a leak is the most likely cause in my book, however a re-gas is a waste of time without getting the leak fixed first. If it isn't obvious under the bonnet using UV active dye inserted into the system, it could be the heat exchanger matrix behind the dash leaking. Hope for something relatively simple!

2024 Kodiaq (and Superb) interior photos :)
That smacks of hybrid though I think, doesn't it?

Latest OTA issues?
I had the volume sticking thing at the weekend. Had several messages recently about software updates (I always click the "get on with it" button). Seems to have recitified itself since.

Rainwater retention - 2023 facelift
No sunroof so I can check that one off straight away.

Rainwater retention - 2023 facelift
I've noticed in my wife's new Karoq SEL that when it's been parked out in the rain (which is most of the time in the UK at the moment), it sloshes what looks like pints of water onto the ground from somewhere underneath the passenger side when she sets off. Certainly more than I'd consider normal. Has anyone else seen or experienced this please? It doesn't seem healthy to have a small fishtank in there somewhere.

Windscreen replacement on facelift Kodiaq - caution!
I understand it was an OE screen as compatible ones weren't available. Autoglass also said that the correct one they fitted the second time around was the only one that had available in the country. Facelift and heated.

Travel Assist not available *beep*
...or the prevailing weather conditions?
-
Travel Assist not available *beep*
If I were a betting man I'd guess the was a capacitive sensor in the steering wheel who's effectiveness was altered by the amount of moisture in the hands/atmosphere/leather steeringwheel cover. Never the same twice in other words. Good luck fixing that in software... If it were me I'd investigate modding the steering wheel to bypass the sensor (assuming my bet were correct in the first place). If that's illegal then I was never here. 😉

Karoq Order
Ordered in September last year and have just been advised car is now in the UK and can expect delivery start of July. SEL heavy on the options.

Light Assist Package
Have this matrix system on a 2022 Kodiaq in the UK and really, really like it. From my experience I can see why Psicho would have a problem with the road conditions and layouts described, however in the UK I'd lay dowbn the money for matrix again tomorrow without a second thought.

Travel Assist not available *beep*
I've read previously that a likely culprit is the sensor playing up that tells if you've taken your hands off the wheel. Could be urban myth however.

windscreen chip
Good luck. Personally I've never had any joy in getting a repair carried out when there has been any cracking at all, so do please let us know how you get on?
-
windscreen chip
I beleive I can see a 5mm crack extended to the right, which I think may mean it's a no-go on a repair (certainly from my experience).

Corrosion on 68 plate Karoq - disappointing
I'm no expert, but in my opinion that isn't coming from within the door. I take it you're going to refer this to Skoda? It smacks of improperly prepared and painted in the first place.

Corrosion on 68 plate Karoq - disappointing
Yish! That's not good, is it? It's out of warranty, but I'd certainly be looking for some 'good will'.

Electric boot not closing properly
Thanks for sharing. This is bound to come in useful in the future.

Karoq Current Delivery Lead Time - 8-10 Weeks Dealer Optimism?
We ordered end of September last year and still waiting for a build date. Karoq SEL 1.5 DSG with extras. 5.5 months and counting.

Matrix headlight fault
My experience was cleaning the headlight made a difference rather than the windscreen mounted camera. Unless it's was pure coincidence and there's some sort of electronic glitching at play? ...which probably sounds more likely. 😞

Rear wiper blade 2022 VRS?
Good tip. Thanks Kenny. 👍

EPC warning light?
Has anyone with a facelift model experienced an EPC warning and the car dropping into limp home mode please? Wondered if it is relatively common or just me.
