Insurance and breakdown cover for UK + EU ?
Breakdown cover is always an add-on IME.

What have you done to your Superb III today?
Might slow it down. I learned my lesson some years back with those bloody alloy valve caps

Which OBD system???
Carista for basic coding and resets, VCDS for the more serious stuff. You can get fake VCDS just like the Chinese Opcoms but be aware that you'll get zero support with those from here or the official forums.

^^ This, in spades. They may look good for a few weeks but the corrosion will lock them on requiring new valve stems.

Insurance should cover 90 days aboard, read your small print as to whether you need to inform them first. Breakdown cover, there are policies that cover all of Europe. I'm insured through Admiral and have a full Europe breakdown cover.

Bill has arrived and included an auxiliary belt. So, MOT, oil & filter service, aux belt, timing belt & water pump, rear discs and pads have set me back the grand total of £860.51. I'm pretty happy with that as I was expecting north of a grand.

You realise the issue now is that the dog hair has nothing to stick to and it'll end up in the cabin!

Quick wheel check/advice
The rusty part in the pics is what attaches the disc to the hub. They all rust. You can rub them down with a flap wheel or even a wire brush and spray them if it really bothers you. Other option is to tell the dealer you want them to sort it.

Drl led yellow
What's not working? Did you make some coding changes?

Quick wheel check/advice
They all do that. So long as there's no rust on the discs after a drive it's fine.

Infotainment Model Numbers
But that would mean that I'd have to actually read where I'm posting!
-
Infotainment Model Numbers
Bear in mind I have a Superb 3v. Don't have to leave the card in for Nav to work.

Infotainment Model Numbers
And yet, when I updated the firmware and the maps in my car a regular SanDisk work just fine.

Tracking & alignment
Serious amount of weights on both sides of that rim so likely the tyre fitter was incompetent! That said, that looks like tyre delamination to me rather than a tracking issue. The perils of a cheap tyre.

What have you done to your Superb III today?
Another MOT pass today but only after a fail! Supposedly one of the LED brake lights wasn't working. Mechanic asked which one and of course they were working fine! Seems it was a one man MOT and he was using the mirrors to look for reflections, in bright sunlight!! Timing belt and water pump changed, rear discs and pads changed, whatever service it was due done. I'll adopt the required position when the bill arrives!

Sometimes DAB does not work, but FM and AM are fine
Seems I misremembered the timeline, noticed it not long after I got the car and did nothing about it

Sometimes DAB does not work, but FM and AM are fine
Had no DAB from when I got the car but it took me several months to notice. VCDS confirmed it was a signal issue so I assumed an aerial had gone kaput so bought a replacement which didn't fix the issue. Then I had a brainfart and decided to check the connections at the rear of the head unit and the DAB wasn't plugged in for some reason. The Fakra is basically the connector https://www.everythingrf.com/search/connectors/filters?page=1&country=global&sconnector_type=;FAKRA;
