  1. Vehicle registered: 27/05/2025 https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202505102240121?sort=price-asc&searchId=aac32efe-a95c-4257-909e-0590435ffd3c&make=Skoda&model=Enyaq&page=1&postcode=m45%206dj&year-from=2024&advertising-location=at_cars&fromsra&backLinkQueryParams=channel%3Dcars%26make%3DSkoda%26model%3DEnyaq%26postcode%3Dm45%25206dj%26sort%3Dprice-asc%26year-from%3D2024%26flrfc%3D1 This model, along with others, went into serial production on November 25, 2020, with the first cars delivered to customers in late April 2021. A new, updated version of the Enyaq entered production on February 27, 2025
  2. Another 1 post newbie? An Enyaq would not be having a second service at 2 years it would be due it's first.
  3. No doubt there will also be some with solar panels and battery storage, that get paid by the electricity company for charging, that will buy a fleet of Teslas and sign up to be part of the Robotaxi system.
  4. Don't forget the wealth divide? In 2024, the highest income quintiles had the largest proportion of adults being main car drivers with 67% of adults in households in the second highest income quintile and 66% of adults in households in the highest income quintile. This compares to adults in households in the lowest income quintile where 41% were a main car driver. Around 32% of adults in households in the lowest income quintile had no car access, this compares to 12% of adults in adults in the highest income quintile.
  5. Enyaq The boot has a capacity of 585 litres with the rear bench in place and 1,710 with it folded. Kodiaq In five-seater models the boot measures a giant 910 litres, one of the largest of any SUV; if you’ve got two extra seats folded into the boot floor, this drops a touch to 845 litres but it’s still huge. With all seven seats upright there’s 340 litres of space. With all the rear seats folded you get up to 2,105 litres of room
  6. The nextbase 522 has an 3.7v internal battery , if you unplug the power lead from the base then turn it on again. See if it still interferes with the dab. If it doesn't you could try an alternate route for the power cable. If the installer didn't use the official nextbase hardwire kit, it possibly doesn't have the ferrite core magnet on the cable. You can get one here Nextbase - United KingdomFerrite Core DAB Interference Suppressor Magnet | Nextbas...
  7. The yellow engine management lamp is a big generator of revenue for dealerships. Depending upon whether it will reset itself after an activation if the fault goes away. Investing in an obd reader that can turn it off is a must. You can end up paying to have the light turned off when that was all that was needed to be done after an erroneous error report. Some cars will reset the lamp if you cycle the ignition a few times without starting the car. Obviously if it keeps returning after a while it needs further investigation
  8. Seem to remember matt Armstrong repairing a Lambo that was that new that even Lambo did not have the ability to reset a module and he had to buy a new module
  9. It will probably need the airbag modules and sensors repaired before it will start again. Possibly Tesla will need to reset something after verifying that the battery was not compromised in the crash.
  10. The yellow Engine lamp is the Engine management system lamp and comes on for a multiple of reasons mainly regarding emissions A code reader would identify the problem
  11. 32 million cars averaging 7,000 miles a year charged 5p+ vat a mile to use the roads would raise a fair amount?

  13. The Salesman of a product should have a duty to establish customer need and sell the appropriate product.
  14. Autocar India says: The octane number (RON) of gasoline represents the fuel’s ability to resist knocking. A higher octane is more resistant to uncontrolled combustion or detonation, which is a key characteristic demanded by high-compression engines. Most mass-market cars, typically using naturally aspirated engines, are calibrated to work reliably on the default petrol available in India – 91 octane. However, gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines, such as the VW Group’s 1.0 TSI, 1.5 TSI and 2.0 TSI, Hyundai’s 1.0-litre GDI, Tata Motors’ 1.2 GDI, and several luxury cars tend to benefit from a minimum of 95 RON fuel. The higher octane number offers better combustibility in these high-compression engines, which also get the requisite ECU programming. When subjected to gasoline upwards of 95 RON, these engines adapt the ignition timing to offer 3-5 percent better power and fuel efficiency compared to when functioning on 91 RON fuel.
  15. The 2019 Rolls Royce at £195 is correct. g/km is irrelevant for vehicles for 2nd year onwards since 2017. From 2001 - 2017 rates were set to encourage people to buy lower emissions vehicles Since 2017 they have been set to generate more from new car sales because the figures can be hidden in the sales process. New Car VED 1st year now
  16. Nothing wrong with what I said?
  17. I think all cars registered in 2019 would now be £195, any supplement for over £40,000 would be done with last year? If it had been registered in 2016 with 200g/km it would have been a "J" and now £395 Since 2017 emissions became irrelevant from year 2.
  18. Eleventh month stats from the car Jul-Aug Includes 768mile from Devon back to Devon then home again 1,157mile @ 4.5m/kwh = 257.11 kwh. (120kwh Dc charging £97.40) + [email protected] (£35.50) = £132.90 My Mondeo would have averaged 60 mpg for 768m 0f these 1.157m (£76.55) and 35mpg for 389m @£1.329 litre (£66.46) = £143.01 Long term guessometer now reset. Stat from the GOM the car has been on for 39.21 hours and averaged 30mph.
  19. Later than usual due to being away. Stat date 22/07/25 Tenth month stats from the car Jun-July Includes 256mile To Devon 543mile @ 4.5m/kwh = 120.67 kwh. (63kwh Dc charging £47.70) + [email protected] (16.11) = £63.80 My Mondeo would have averaged 60 mpg for 256m 0f these 543m (£25.52) and 35mpg for 287m @£1.329 litre (£49.04) = £74.56 The trip was done with no searching for the cheapest providers just used what ever was available at places where we stopped, once to walk the dog and then for lunch, the car did not dictate the stops and we never waited for it to finish. Long term guessometer now reset. Stat from the GOM the car has been on for 29.52 hours and averaged 18mph.
  20. Model X build quality and are the seven seats for Snow whites friends?
  21. When you get the car and download the myskoda app you will then be able to access the digital certificate that shows all the car was built with.
  22. I drive a vehicle that even announces to people that it is reversing and they still walk behind it.
