  1. Looks like a Polestar2 But built on a VW platform Not what was hoped for
  2. 204 Incidents showing today, but it's not a Skoda
  3. The MK IV (4) Besides the enhanced petrol engines, which can be equipped with mild hybrid technology (mHEV) and new-generation Evo diesel engines, there is also a compressed natural gas (CNG) drive. The all-new OCTAVIA is even available as a plug-in hybrid. And yes, don’t worry, RS and SCOUT derivatives will be launched, too. https://www.skoda-storyboard.com/en/models/octavia/the-all-new-skoda-octavia-has-arrived/ There is no dedicated section for the Octavia IV (phev/mhev) Cars was what i meant.
  4. I don't think the site has an Octavia IV section only the MK IV maybe there should be one?
  5. Are you sure it was me?
  6. Not a statutory requirement in itself but we do have "Careless or inconsiderate driving" covered in the Road traffic act 1988 Which would cover lack of or misuse of indicators
  7. End to discounts for zero-emission vehicles Transport for London (TfL) announced that from 25 December 2025, drivers who previously paid £10 for a year's exemption from congestion charges will have to pay the standard £15 daily fee. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c7203p9jgy9o

  9. If you go to the configurator and add all options
  10. 35kg for a towbar? 20kg full size spare wheel? 2kg for a jack? Struggling to find 100kg but not sure what all the options weigh.
  11. Some second hand dealers remove them believing it puts non-towers off
  12. Sounds like a way to get an extra £200 off people ordering from the factory.
  13. Latest octavia brochure https://www.skoda.co.uk/_doc/0bcfc2d5-654f-49b2-a524-91e141293e36
  14. Does your slim Motorcycle trailer not have lights fitted? I would imagine if it does they will have to be connected irrespective of whether your towing vehicle lights can be seen?
  15. Mobile towbar fitters are available in Cornwall Google is very handy.
  16. The traffic sign recognition sees the actual road signs in place at the time of passing them. For the Sat nav you are correct, it gets it's information from another source. The data for that source must not be "live", it will be updated as and when the information is downloaded to the system. My understanding from Skoda's website is that map data is updated twice a year so there is plenty of opportunity for it to be incorrect, have you not had the experience of driving on a road that doesn't exist according to the Map yet? It happens in my car, it probably happens in many others. I doubt there is an easy solution. So it is best to use the information seen by the recognition system and yourself as you drive to maintain the correct limit.
  17. In handbook for 2019 Kodiaq. It is using your phone.
  18. You can pair your phone and use your phones data to use waze or googlemaps in compatible vehicles. The subscription for on-line services is why Vag are saying the service has been discontinued. (It hasn't but it will cost VAG to put it right) They want customers to learn to accept paying for satnav. Some manufacturers are even removing satnav as an option so you will pay for data services available in the new cars since the EU made them put a sim card in them.
  19. The signal is broadcast along with Classic fm Thread about how to get it back
