Where they saved to Last destinations or Favourites? I am thinking from the way i read the instruction book that "last destinations" automatically keeps all last destinations entered up to a max 50, these i imagine would be overwritten once the capacity reached. Destinations can also be stored in "Destination memory" and "favourites" max 50 which i expect it would tell you when full If you stored them from a vcard they should be in "destination memory" or "Favourites", but is that where you are looking for them? Apologies if you have tried all this but your post just mentions "stored" but not in which list. You have not stated checking the "favourites" list

The need for it probably depends upon how long you wish to keep the car. If you don't intend too keep it long you can get away with neglecting it. In use they magnetise and those pesky metal filings stick them up and cause gearchange failures.
