  1. It depends on how the call is initiated. If the call comes in , the dash and the head unit displays the call. The call can usually be answered by pressing the RHS roller, or accepting the call on the screen. I'd the call is out going and it is initiated by the Skoda phone system, ie. Scrolling through contacts on the dash or SL selection via the Head unit phone book or call log. If the call is initiated outbound via Android Auto or LONG pressing the assistant button, activating Google Assistant, then the only way to hang up is press the head unit onscreen button... Leaving a big greasy finger print behind ! This is my experience... Yours may differ.
  2. Technically not done to the car! Got the My Skoda App integrated with my Home assistant install. Now I can see all the information regarding the car much easier!
  3. I think you need a newer version of VCDS and Cable. Your vehicle appears to be in transport mode too. Hard to tell, the cable might be reading the results incorrectly.
  4. Read the full post, next to the one you picked it says NOK
  5. It depends on the level of lock fitted. Can be purchased from €80 to €200+ for the part. ½ Hour in Labour.
  6. New lock mechanism required.
  7. It child locks the windows without the child lock on the door.
  8. Yes, but if you press them at the same time it also child locks the rear windows.
  9. Out of curiosity, when I was messing with my "double lock" switch, if I press the 2 buttons at the same time it performs as the rear window lock did, ie. blocking the rear windows from being opened.
  10. That's for the Child lock in the door. It requires a different lock to be fitted to work correctly.
  11. I looked into this briefly before. Form what I understand, the Google Earth license the Skoda and the rest of the VAG group expired and was never renewed.
  12. I guess the mileage that was on the car would indicate what it was doing too.
  13. Looking at the OP in the linked post it looks like their car was charged twice a day every day for nearly 5 years?
  14. Is it using a standard USB C pinout or they're own recipe? Looking quickly at the manual would suggest it's only compatible with certain camera models. It could be also restricting the amount of power available.
  15. REST is for "continuing" the air mode after you turned off and locked the car for a period of time. On your second attached image you have it set correctly bar the 3rd on the right illuminated button. That's for recirculating air. Window above the knees and arrow to the toes is the correct setting for what you asked. If it's blowing somewhere else too it means you've stuck vents.
  16. How would it still be a warranty job? Is the car relatively new to you ? I looked at these before, there's a few different versions depending on you lock level. I actually stripped mine down cleaned and rebuilt it. Then glued the base on. The base had come lose and caused issues with the mirrors and the windows.
  17. Ok, I just got email confirmation from ECU.de, both sensors are replaced!
  18. From my understanding it's both are replaced. I had contacted a number of places to do this job and they all said both.
  19. Yup. I discovered this at lunch time 😭
  20. Now you say that I actually remember seeing a synchronous mirror adjustment tick box in the infotainment system. I'll give it a go 😉
  21. Did anyone ever get this to work in a RHD vehicle with DRIVERS mirror? I park assways due to Cul de Sac and direction of exit , house location etc.
  22. Today I fitted my Virtual Cockpit screen protector from Innovative Paint Protection Solutions It has clearly up 95% of the marks I had on my original screen where the previous owner likeed to put their phone 😭
  23. Yes, bit of it's an intermittent fault live data won't show much. Unless it just happens to happen whilst you're on VCDS. Should be in the Transmission Module
  24. Has it actually broken or did it just come off?
