It's alerting you to the car checking the airbag safety system and then reporting all is well.

TBF these new roads are on an estate which is currently being built so they will be fully functional in the near future.

Having the a/c on and climate control in auto is the usual way to have it set. The car 'decides' the best settings to ensure fog free windows.

How 'dark' is your location as I can imagine that would have a huge impact on either the quality or amount of time to acquire a decent image?
