  1. Do you realise you are replying to a post made 9 years ago!!

Doesn't look like a standard fitment
  3. That light can cover a lot of "problems". You need to get all the fault codes read. Also usueful stating what model, age, engine and transmission you have.
  4. It can take a while to show use, especially as the tank is saddle shaped on a 4x4.
  5. Thoroughly check the wiring where you moved it to fit the filter.
  6. Those things are commonly known as widow makers!!
  7. As memtioned elsewhere, Carista doesn't allow this.
  8. The sat nav thinking you are in Germany is normally due to water ingrees into the aerial base.
  9. IDC hasn't visited this forum since Jan 2022!
  10. One of the on-line scrap yard aagencies, perhaps? And the only requirement for the MoT is that they work, and your's does, though not correctly.
  11. You do realise you are reopening a thread that is SEVEN years old!!
  12. As Warrior says, your battery has failed and needs replacing urgently since you are unlikely to get it to hold a charge. Get that done and then see what the situation is.
  13. If you've flattened your battery like that I would be very suspicious of it's state now. Have you actually checked the resting voltage?
  14. This is going to sound daft, but have you checked the battery? There are known strange occurences when a battery is starting to fail. Check the resting voltage, after leaving the ignition off for atleast 3 hours, and before starting the engine.
  15. Agree with J.R, those "faults" are minor. Doubt you will find many as good.
  16. No-one is "playing" with you. They are giving you advice. If your car doesn't currently have electric folding mirrors then you will need to acquire a completely NEW set of mirrors that have the motors in them.

Considering that this thread originated 9 years ago, and several of the posts have not been about the Yeti or the TPMS system fitted to the Yeti, perhaps it would be best if you actually explained what problem you are having.
  19. Saw a 140 4x4 for sale in the Rhondda Valley on FB Marketplace that looked quite decent.
  20. I'd still be checking the door wiring first.
  21. I'm sure we have been here before, and there is only one pump, so there must be some method of "balancing" between the two side of the saddle.
  22. Stupid forum is showing in your post that as a quote from me when it was actually tankman that said it! Crazy isn't it?
  23. I cut the bottom off mine so I could fill it out of a big 20 litre bottle. Did that for 5 years with no problems
  24. That sounds exactly what both my 4x4's were like. And yes the tank is under the back seats. Once the carpet is removed you can see where the gauge mechanism is fitted. From memory it is only on one side of the saddle.
