Steering wheel creaking
You need to confirm that is the problem before changing anything. The car is 7+ years old and out of the 100,000 km warranty window so unless you have a full dealer service history or had a skoda extended warranty, its unlikely skoda wants to know. Fortunately track rods are not too expensive and I dont imagine it takes a good mechanic very long to change them. You will need the car to have a wheel alignment if these are changed though. But first get a mechanic to confirm where the problem is.

Steering wheel creaking
Could be the same known problem that affected Fabias 2013-2014. Inner track rod ball joints drying out/rusting due to wrong grease being used by supplier. Aka tie rod and steering rod. Subject to a TSB (tech service bulletin) and track rods replaced foc under warranty. (FYI inner track rod end is located inside the steering rack) To see if there is a TSB applicable to your specific car either ask your dealer or use ERWIN, though there is a cost of €7 (for one hours access) to use this online service.

Belt or Chain?
I don't know where @e-Roottoot get his dates from, but I can assure you cars were being built in Dec 2011 with the old engine block (3.6l oil capacity) and chain. As I got in an Octavia build date early Dec. 2011 Other dates I have seen for engine/chain production changeover have been Nov 2011. Cars will still have been fitted with the old engine until their production stock of engines was exhausted. My engine started rattling on cold starts at 2 years old. Needed the upgrade kit fitted before 4 years old. If the original factory fitted spark plug leads are plain and do not have the corrugated marten protection trunking, it is the old engine.

Bio Fuel - Effect on fuel economy
Ahh, you mean crumby base models like this https://www.ford.co.uk/cars/mustang/models-specs/v8-gt Or maybe https://www.continentalautosports.com/ferrari-812-superfast-engine-specs/ Actually my lowly htp I can pull away without any throttle, which I think is pretty good for a 1.2 three pot na engine idling at 850rpm.

Bio Fuel - Effect on fuel economy
Not sure what @lol-lol is trying to say. There are plenty of faster and more powerful production cars being made. Bugatti, Mclaren, probably most of those with Italian sounding names. What has this to do with E10? My 70ps 1.2htp Fabia has been topped up with fuel from an E10 labelled pump a couple of days ago, doesn't seem to run any different. Only time will tell.....

1.4 TSi oil usage and fuel consumption
Check for evidence of leaks under the car, my car had a leak from the sump plug after a service, may have been cross threaded. Also experienced significant oil leaks from dealer fitted oil filters in the past, could be other leaks eg pcv valve. Evidence usually seen as oil on sump cover or under the car behind the engine.

New Dampers
I'd give the OP a like, but I've reached my Briskoda limit today. Good to have real feedback on using non exotic non too expensive shock absorbers.

Rear Light Damage - Advice Please
As a temporary measure you can buy red lens tape to seal it and remain road legal. From usual places Euro car parts, Halfords, Ebay, amazon and others.

Correction, as @e-Roottoot points out, it was finished on 18th May. It may have been parked somewhere waiting for chips. Check the date codes on the tyres, wheels and other parts.

Rear Disc thickness on a LE 1.5 Aus version
Skodas are the not quite perfect sibling in the VAG stable. They get the bits their brothers reject. But can also source some of their bits from cheaper suppliers than their siblings Lets see what the dealer has to say. Skoda Australia may be a lot more generous than Skoda UK who I am certain would reject any claim out of hand. BTW Only 232 x 9mm discs are listed on Skoda-parts.com which usually has the complete range. https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-part/1j0615601q-rear-brake-disc-232x9mm-ate-14339.html On one of the OP's photos you can see the min value is printed as 7mm so confirming the discs as 9mm Get that vernier and measuring technique checked!

In my opinion they are not score marks but rust and protection coat residue not quite yet removed from the machined disc. A photo cannot really tell all. A car shipped across the Atlantic through the Panama canal and across the Pacific is likely to pick up some surface rust on the discs, the protection coating having been removed (mostly but not all) on the drive out of the factory to the transporter/train/ ship. Takes more than 9km to remove that rust/remaining protection off the rears as they are hardly used in normal driving. My experience is the rear discs on the latest Skodas will rust up even while stood within days in a dry locked garage, presumably from humidity from outside. The OP may find a lot of the rust has mysteriously gone by the time they drive back to the dealer if he has to make a sharp stop along the route.

I am lowering the OP's expectations so their blood pressure doesn't go through the roof when the dealer tells them its quite normal and not a warranty job.

Here is a pic of a new rear disc on a Superb where you can see the machining marks

Rear Disc thickness on a LE 1.5 Aus version
But the car has only 32 km on the clock, of which possibly 20km at point of delivery. i.e. car driven only 10 miles or so from dealer. And what is the point of those photos? @e-Roottoot

Rear Disc thickness on a LE 1.5 Aus version
At a guess, its because your Tiguan has done 10,000 km with plenty of proper braking. And in the case of the Kamiq, because the fronts do 90% of the braking, possibly more if you are carefully running in and not done any seriously quick stopping and Skoka OE front discs are better quality than their OE rear discs as I have stated they have a bad reputation here on Briskoda. Let us know what the dealer says. Good luck.

Rear Disc thickness on a LE 1.5 Aus version
The hubs would be rusty and the laser etching wouldn't be so clear and clean if they were "used discs". IMO they are not yet bedded in. You've only done 32km! Disc/pad manufacturers recommend around 300km to bed in. Longer if you are a light foot braker. https://www.ferodo.co.uk/blog/give-brakes-a-break.html The problem is they have been stood and rusted during the journey from factory to you. Try some heavy braking to clean them up, thats what the dealer will do. BTW I doubt a larger wheel means larger discs are fitted.

Rear Disc thickness on a LE 1.5 Aus version
The concentric grooving looks like machining marks, the same as on my Superb when they were new. Skoda have a reputation here on Briskoda for low grade rear discs if you do a search. Good luck with your visit to the dealer.

Rear Disc thickness on a LE 1.5 Aus version
According to Autodoc its 9mm with a min of 7mm. You should be able to read the Min value printed on the hub. New to Min is normally 2mm for most discs. My Superb has 10mm discs. Kamiq is a featherweight in comparison. Just looks as it you need to do a bit more braking to clean up the rust from being stood around during shipping and at importer/dealer. It should clean up ok with a bit of heavier braking. Part no on photo is 2Q0 615 601 which is a 9mm disc https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/2q0615601h

Bio Fuel - Effect on fuel economy
I think @Phil-E is referring to Germany where they have a choice of 95Ron e5 and 95Ron E10 https://travelinformation.eu/germany-fuel-prices/ We don't have a choice of 95 unleaded blends.

Creaky steering in hot weather
I hope you told them its their job to find the cause and fix it. Otherwise known as a warranty claim. Get it in writing that you made a complaint so its registered by Skoda as a fault reported in the warranty period. Then try another authorised dealer who knows what they are doing.
