My Columbus has changed into German
Check laptop, see if it can burn. I can supply ISO for download, or possibly you travel for update. You would also need a stable power supply, so a charger also would be a must.

My Columbus has changed into German
In short, there's a definitive update to 4xxx version, the 5xxx I cannot be sure will actually work. Bigger question is have you got the ability to burn an ISO file (image of a CD or DVD) to a CD-R? Without it you are a little blocked in performing the update.

Latest Infotainment version Bolero
You should hold down the menu/setup button for 10 seconds to enter the engineering menu. This will have the firmware update button you need, and the Software Train value that you should verify.

My Columbus has changed into German
S00.0012.02.99 #Integrationphase: Delivery cw22/11 C10-samples #VwSwPartNumber:1T0035680D/3T0035680B/7F0035680A/7E0035680A/1T0035680F/1T0035680G/3T0035680C/3T0035680D #VwSwIndex:4020/4026/4028/4024 #AppsBuild:C_EU_10.354_t1 C10 At the least, this version is a small bump that can be tried. There is a possible one with 5xxx version, but not sure if it's 100% compatible.

Will send a link in a moment

My Columbus has changed into German
It might pay you to follow that YouTube video I posted above, just to grab the version information out of the unit. I am happy to lookup if there's an update, and then you can decide if you want to grab the file. Then hopefully someone can chime in with "yeah done that at home, just fine"

Updating Swing radio software
Can you send a picture of your Software Train information beforehand, then I will be happy to send. The location also has firmware update button, so good practice to find it.

My Columbus has changed into German
@Spudskodaof the people that have updated MIB1, MIB2 and MIB2.5, they have all had 100% success. The process you can DIY is the same as the dealer/independent will do. Hopefully someone will post back their DIY success for you.

Why does "unable to switch on Bluetooth" appear on my infotainment screen (Skoda Fabia 2018)
It does seem the replacement has broken Bluetooth, so a further trip back to dealers to fix. If they sourced this part, then it should be them that replaces it.

Rear view mirror surround removal
I've done mine without any removal, there's a gap between trim and roof/screen it will push into and be invisible.

Seized Glow Plug - Cylinder 4
Some faults codes will have learn/unlearn cycle's. So I presume the fault has now gone away temporarily, and will return again when in time.

Intermittent issues with FLAC playback
It's the firmware loaded onto the unit, you can usually find the value by holding down menu/setup key for 10 seconds. There maybe a fix you can install.

Intermittent issues with FLAC playback
Do you know the software train that's loaded on your system? Maybe there's an update.

SatNav map update
https://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/ Stick you VIN in there, so if there's any updates you can get it there. If you cannot see an update, then you may have one that needs a different update method. Many will suggest you use your phone as the apps tend to be superior.

I need Bolero Update :-)
Keep your £70 in your pocket, will send you a link to download and install yourself. Usually nothing is lost in the process, unless unit was "hacked" to enable something it never had.

Missing cooled glovebox function on new Karoq Style
I have checked the parts on the ETKA program, and they are same values for Karoq as the Scala in the above link. This will have to be paid for by yourself if you want to have it fitted, as this is no longer a factory fitted option.

Octavia 3 FL high beam (H7 lamp) regulation
Then they have NO adjustment possible then, they are fixed at the factory they are assembled in 🤐 You can choose to change the bulbs for different, that might throw the beam further down the road depending on beam patterns.

Octavia 3 FL high beam (H7 lamp) regulation
Might be better to take some pictures of headlight's from various angles at this point.

Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
I will send a link along in a few minutes

Missing cooled glovebox function on new Karoq Style
A similar thread to your here, they are being removed from cars to save pennies or the environment. I did mention that it could probably be retrofitted, but that you would need to remove a cap on the ventilation system to see if cold ❄️ air comes out, if so then you could probably add it. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/505891-cooled-glove-box/

Octavia 3 FL high beam (H7 lamp) regulation
The information I gave you was from the workshop manuals, the same ones that @langers2kwill have seen also. No separate high/low beam screw. If you high beam is way off, then perhaps the H7 bulb was fitted wrong, and this happens a lot with people changing bulbs.

Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
Maybe, but I cannot say for sure what comes in the firmware I will send you a link, and you can try to load at your own risk.
