3 bleeps at 64mph
Cars have stupid software that can have bugs, it might be an idea to turn on the winter tyre warning and a speed warning if visible, then lock car. Wait 1 minute, and then unlock and turn off the features, then next time you hit 64mph, you can see if it has stopped. Unless someone else knows what these 3x beeps could be? I had an issue with my own car unlocking ALL doors when you unlock, despite it being set to single driver door only, once I changed settings to unlock all/then back to single door it then saved it. Does the issue happen with both of your keys?

Throttle Body for Škoda Fabia Elegance EST 1.2 TSI 105 (77kw CBZB)
This should be the part number you are looking for No. 10 in diagram with PN 03F 133 062 throttle valve adapter FAB 2012(C) Illustration 133-030.pdf £638.92 without VAT, so £766.70 inc VAT EDIT: You may need seal(s) for the job too if you are taking it apart, possibly new screw (though I think you should be ok to use existing)

Day count for oil service being counted down extremely fast
I expect @roottoot will be along with some excellent suggestion on some silica gel drying product 🤝 Meanwhile you should try and check carpets for moisture, as you might want to see if you have leak bringing moisture in.

It would be nice if someone who works in one of the factories could say this practice occurs. Either way, this is not in the parts catlog, so a made up number... not sure why they would even bother to print up such a thing, but who knows how the organs of a VAG factory work. It was an observation on the OP's post that the image was BF, not DF as seen in his image. I wonder @ppejic what has caused you to question the part, does the engine shake or rattle?

Top motor mount
BTW your picture shows the part as being 5Q0 199 262 DF (Delta Foxtrot) That part as far I am able to tell is not legitimate, so it has been mislabelled. 5Q0 199 262 BF (Bravo Foxtrot) is as @ApertureS has mentioned, is for a 1.5l petrol with DSG, so clearly not intended for your engine. VAG mistake, so they need to fix it FOC.

Day count for oil service being counted down extremely fast
If it's on variable service the distance to change can drop rapidly with short journeys, I don't think the days should be changing like that. Could be low battery causing weird issues, or dashboard (or what stores car time/distance) gone haywire.

Engine bay main wiring harness rotten
You are going to HAVE to use your VIN to decode the correct loom for your car. Example attached for my own car, it has a whole 19 different loom choices, so that rules out scrap yards (odds are lower to get exact loom, odds are the sticker might have been lost to time) Engine Wiring Looms.pdf Once you know the exact part number, you maybe able to purchase the correct loom off the internet somewhere.

Yeah it's the eSIM part that gives you the SOS and online services if you pay. The 'head unit' actual brains of the infotainment system probably lives in the glovebox area usually

Did you mean 1896 verision? Odds are it will be the OCU = Onboard Communication Unit that you might be referring to here.

2016 - VRS, Drivers side seat belt replacement?
If you're planning on keeping the car for a few more years, and doing some potential DIY work, then I'd recommend you download the workshop manuals. For less than £10 (7 Euro's plus a little tax) you can get what you need from erWin Skoda. Repair manuals and wiring diagrams are invaluable.

OBDEleven Soot & Ash values location.
Those values look healthy, I think now you are poking around in the car, I am sure you can find other values that would assist. I think there will be time since last regeneration and distance travelled too, every little information you learn now will be helpful.

Scout "Diesel Particulate Filter" warning light
You need compressed air to operate the pump device and then after you have done the process, the car will need a static regen. Unless you have those, best to get someone else to sort that side out. Maybe the garage you know would invest in the kit if they can see ROI opportunity? Or you buy and supply the kit for some kind of deal. Either way, hopefully you get closer to sorting this out.

Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
It's common question. It will bring fixes in system stability, maybe Bluetooth will be more stable, maps etc... Sadly they don't give you a changelog, we only get to read TPI documents which will say "customer complains of Bluetooth issue" for an example. So we have to guess that it fixes that. They don't usually add new features, they are already baked into the firmware.

Latest software update
At the dealer side the "physical" update is to 1896, VW has 1899 and SEAT has 1899. It seems the OTA updates for Skoda 1896 can now finally work, and updates via OTA to same 1899 level AFAIK from reading this thread.

At the mileage, your DPF should still be good to go (but please try to get those 3x measurements above) My own car I estimate that the DPF will become "full" of oil ash somewhere around 220,000 miles if my estimation is correct, not saying it's doomed as I am sure physical removal and some cleaning solution would clean off the oil ash left in it. I did make a post here about using a product on my car as it was doing frequent regens and also the soot measured was "stuck" at 15g, using some nice product my friend applied to drop this to under 1g. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/507529-dpf-replacement-after-3-years-7-months-52000-miles-reasonable-superb-20-tdi-148hp-dsg/?do=findComment&comment=5699040 I think most products you put in your tank would probably not be as affective as applying this stuff to the face of the DPF itself. It was the bottom 2 items used to clean my DPF, search on the forum, plenty of people with similar success as me.
