  1. You may have to read the manual in swapping the display from current mpg to average or some other value you wish to view. Instant MPG would drive me nuts, though I do put it on from time to time. So grab your manual, you can also get an online copy too and adjust away https://manual.skoda-auto.com/004/en-com/Models Read page 14 onwards... https://ownersmanuals.blob.core.windows.net/ownersmanuals/en/Superb_3T/05-2012/OwnersManual.pdf
  2. Even better you can understand the process much better, at least you have saved some money now in getting a free update, best of luck 🤞
  3. I will send this to you via private message, please make sure to watch the youtube video above while you download
  4. The key value you are looking for is the release version (what I call Software Train) to be MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P27005P in your radio, and you can update to 0306 version
  5. Welcome Gennaro, hope you are liking your Kamiq 🤝
  6. Here you are from maintenance document 270kPa = 39PSI 290kPa = 42PSI 320kPa = 46PSI Being 19 inch rubber they need the higher pressures for the sidewalls of course.
  7. MHI2_ER_SKG13_P4526_1440.7z Is available, not on PC to verify that the software train is supported, but can look if you wish.
  8. Welcome, hope that we can assist with your issues Andriy.
  9. Here are the only choices for a 2010MY VRS Saloon So it can only be 1K0 411 105 DB, with a red/white/violet mark
  10. There's not much above what I already wrote about in the TPI, the extra information is about billing time units and the correct SVM code to input, to pull down the correct flash file. Technically speaking, they touch the battery to plug in a power supply for flashing, but it's not a battery fix per se. It might be due to a bad piece of SW in the BCM that is holding a circuit open, thus affecting battery, but it's not explicitly written.
  11. @nta16 TPI 2050304 is for Service measure 97CU Reprogram BCM control unit So they didn't touch the battery, and they program the SW to version 0094 (or higher)
  12. I don't think you can make this unit do what you wish, @pab567 can you confirm there is not much can be done with this unit for smartlink?
  13. This is true That would be draining the battery at that point. This is because the car is always demanding power for all the control units, climate control, and other system's you name it. It tends to balance the system, so if your car is needing 400W, and the State of Charge is 80% give or take, it will produce 400W to maintain an even keel. This is how my car behaves once the battery is up to power, and the car will maintain this. I have turned on as much as I could and it was putting out 2,400W at idle, and when I turned all the consumers off quickly, the output from Alternator dropped to 14W or some such low value for a mere second before rising back to about 400W to balance the system. I could give example of how this will work on a long motorway, but I hope you get my meaning.
  14. I have not seen "Tyre Pressure Sensor" in the Skoda Superb parts catalog. VW Passat the same year as yours, will have it as an option (I had a 12 plate with TPMS)
  15. You might want to find out what firmware is loaded into the head unit, and it might be updated by USB not SD Card slot. See if you can hold down the Menu or Setup button for about 10 seconds to find the software version installed.
  16. Not sure if you know or perhaps driving a car not aware, but there are "Dial-a-bus" services you can call up for door-to-door services to get you out an about. https://www.derbyshire.gov.uk/transport-roads/public-transport/derbyshire-connect-active-travel/derbyshire-connect-and-active-travel.aspx They can accomodate wheelchair if you use one, and you can get a free bus pass too, and in some cases a "companion plus" if you need assistance onto normal bus with a carer. Again if you haven't already, get Adult Social services to give you an assessment and you might qualify for some care hours for someone to get you out an about. Hope that helps you out somewhat 🤝
  17. Check on your V5 document under engine for CJZC engine code. 1.2 TSI 66 kW 66 kW (90 PS; 89 bhp) at 4,400–5,400 rpm; 160 N⋅m (118 lb⋅ft) at 1,400–3,500 rpm (CJZC, CYVA)
  18. Here are the differences, the B part doesn't appear to show C as being an update (usually it will show if part was replaced and show new part number) Make what you will of the following image.
  19. If you have radio removal keys it will be stamped on top, if not muck about in the menu's of the radio and find the version from there.
  20. Correct, you won't need to replace the GEM version. You can update to 0369, and I would recommend to get that done out of the way.
  21. Open 01 - Engine Then Advanced Indentification There should be a list of programming attempts/date But there does exist tools that can roll back the values, or if it was flashed on a bench (not usually for that year)
  22. Very odd, not something I have heard of, but I suggest if possible you check battery Voltage and all the fuses are good.
  23. Hi

varooom replied to ysbahadir's topic in Hellos and Goodbyes
Sorry to hear, if you head over to Octavia section of the forum, you can make a post if you cannot find answer. Best of luck!
  24. Either battery is low power, or you popped a fuse perhaps? When you say "key won't turn" do you mean physically, or do you mean it won't turn over the engine?
