Look for someone local to you to get access to a better scan tool and then you can get the codes needed.

The most expensive flip down sun visor is about £150 roughly, so they are slapping on a fair bit of labour naturally. Have you got image of your existing one fitted? Ideally you may want to have a web chat to Skoda UK to get a list of your car's build codes (PR Codes) to allow correct identification of the part as there are a fair few to choose from. The dealer might provide this to you if not, or you can get a list if you pay someone to find.

If you produce a fresh scan log, it will help us to get a picture of where you are at with the car now.

Have you got a full VCDS scan that's current? Have you tried output tests on dash to light up segments?
